Room is well decorated. Services at the front desk is not upto it’s 5-star rating. It took me over 20 minutes to get checked in. When I checked out, I was asked to pay for my pre-paid room?! Please be careful when you check out and avoid being double charged. Honestly, the senior staff at the front desk was very helpful. The location is fairly convenient. It is just a 8 minutes walk from metro station where you can get to the airport within 40 minutes for KC 32! Cheap! There is a good restaurant next door and a convenient store around the corner. Gym is small. The treadmill was not functioning right. Not enough dumbbells. But, they provide free bottled water and towels. I would say it is OK. Overall, the hotel is not a bad choice. Not fancy, but good enough.

This hotel is in the historic town centre near Wenceslas Square and Mustek Metro Station which connects to all places in Prague. Although centrally situated and within walking distance to tram, bars, restaurants and shops, it is an extremely quiet hotel. The welcome we had was so warm and welcoming, different to other hotels I have stayed in, there is water and sweets in the area and a lovely Gentleman at the door who gave us a warm welcome not just the first day but always had a friendly smile for us every day and the reception staff are very helpful, especially the young lady who helped us to get to the airport. We stayed on the second floor number 123 which had a huge bed, beautiful linen and plush pillows with cushions too, it was decorated lovely and had a fridge, air con and coffee machine. The bathroom was big and plenty of hot water and shampoo, shower gel, etc. which was replaced throughout our stay. The whole of the hotel is spotless clean, well so is Prague. The breakfast, well nobody could complain about it as it had something for even the fussiest of eaters. There was fruit juices, water, coffee, an assortment of teas, detox drink, cereals, fruit, cakes, different kinds of bread and rolls, cooked assortment and cold assortment with the most gorgeous cheese I have ever tasted. Croissants, small and large with chocolate and jams and lots of different fresh fruit, tinned fruit, yoghurts and a lovely pot with different layers of chocolate, fruit and yoghurt. Amazing breakfast, my niece is going to Prague and I have told her to stay at this hotel as it just hits all spots for me.

We stayed 5 days in this recently refurbished hotel, our room was brand new, good size for Europe, nice lounge, coffee machine and nice bathroom, including rain shower There are some teething problems such as the air conditioner not working, so the rooms are a little hot, and no English channels on the TV. The service we received was excellent from our check in experience including great dining suggestions, our room attendant Osanko made sure everything was in order and checked to see if we required any additional items. Breakfast each morning was a lovely continental range and again very attentive service

The hotel is located in the south of the center of Prague, during the day tram 23 goes to Prague Castle. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the National Museum, which is more convenient. In the old city area, the street environment is relatively beautiful, and the law and order are good. The exterior decoration of the hotel is very luxurious, but it is old. The overall facilities of the standard room are relatively old, and the lighting system is dim. The overall cleanliness of the room is good, but the bed is not very clean. Service is average, Czech hotel staff are not very welcoming. Generally speaking, it is a good choice for short-distance low-consumption travel.

Good hotel in a great location at the top of Wenceslas Square. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room spacious with a great view of the museum. This fell short of full marks in two areas. Firstly, the room was very warm with no AC in March. This meant sleeping with the window open which was very noisy. Secondly, the bar was on open for a very limited period of time and was shut at 2100 if not before.

We spent a week here. The exterior of the hotel is reminiscent of the communist era, but the interior of the hotel will make you forget it quickly, so don't be intimidated by the hotel's exterior. The room was clean and very big, the interior was very nice and comfortable. We checked into this hotel with a Firefly voucher at a very reasonable price. The voucher includes hotel breakfast. For a 3-star hotel, this choice is very correct, so we are symmetrically satisfied. The waiter's service is also very good, our check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. One night we decided to try to finish our meal a la carte in the hotel restaurant and we were really amazed by the quality of the meal and the quality of the food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. We had the best risotto in all of Prague. Recommend everyone to try it.

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.

So far not impressed with this hotel. Upon check in, clerks were not helpful at all. Traveling as a couple and given a room with single beds. Asked if we could have a single larger bed the response was “ call house keeping and see if they can move the beds together.” Then got to the room and realize the beds are attached to the wall with a permanent night stand in between. Next, wanted to order from room service. The “app” which is just a link to a website, will NOT load, so we literally cannot order from the “online room service” — the only option to order. Tried to connect with the computer, and that didn’t work either. Also was told their is a fridge in the room and you can order items to stock it. Again app won’t load. Also no fridge in room. Wi-Fi is also very week. Zoom business call kept disconnecting. Only given one pillow per bed. Called down to front desk and requested two more. Was told housekeeping would bring them. And hour later, called again since no pillows arrived. We were told housekeeping is closed and they can only take requests in the morning. (This was all before 10 pm.) Looking for other hotel options for the remainder of our stay.

We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Croatia by car. The room was big and suitable for all 4 (2 adults and 2 daughters 16&19). We made a very late booking and also had a ferry delay but the staff made all the arrangements for a smooth late checkin and also the parking for the car. The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to the center. Would absolutely recommend the hotel, especially for the serviceminded staff.

Super location. Walkable to most of the main tourist attraction. Lots of restaurants and cafe surrounding. Closed to tram and train station. Grocery also round the corner. The hotel is pretty old. Breakfast is standard, not as good as other hotel I stayed in Prague before. I got a room in building C, which quite long way to go and need to change lift to get to the room. Good point is super quiet room.

When we arrived they gave us a map of the city and a list of restaurants, plus buses timetables when we asked. Breakfast was delicious and the variety of foods offered was great. It is about 10 mins from the river and from one of the yellow subway stops. Definitely recommend.

Hotel Anette on Svornosti is a local hotel in the Smíchov area of Prague that offer's an excellent range of Czech beers and a fine food menu. We never stayed in this hotel as we were in the Ibis hotel which is five minute away but we went in here as there beer selection on offer was excellent and I must say so were the staff who served us. When here we had a few pint's of Primator brewery beers which were superb and well priced They had a few other draught beer on tap and a decent bottle selection and it was well worth a visit.Hotel Anette is really easy to find from Anděl metro it's a couple of minutes walk. My husband and I stayed at the Dancing house from June 19th - June 23rd with some very good friends are ours. We were in room 202 and they were in room 201. While this hotel is absolutely beautiful it's very obvious that design was prioritized over function. I've listed the pros and cons of this hotel below. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you traveling here during the warm summer months since their air conditioning is almost non-existent in several of the hotel rooms and you'll end up sweating while you sleep. PROS 1. The hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted in Prague and nothing we wanted to go see was more then a 15 minute walk. You also have a train station right in front of the hotel so you can always hop on that if you need to go farther. 2. Both the inside and outside of the hotel is beautiful, especially at night. 3. The breakfast is one of the best I've had while traveling. They have everything from eggs and bacon to several different types of sausage, many different types of fresh fruit and more then half a dozen different types of breads. CONS 1. By far and away the number 1 con of this hotel is the lack of reliable air conditioning! To be honest, I don't believe room 202's air conditioning system even worked. The air was never cold coming out of the vents and the hotel sent two different people up to make sure the thermostat was set correctly. (which it was). During the morning/early afternoon the room would never get below 78 degrees (25.5 Celsius) even though it was 62 degrees outside the first morning we woke up. During the late afternoon and evening it would warm up to as warm as 81 degrees in the room, even with the air conditioning running. I brought this up to the staff 3 times and there was nothing they could do. (except they did offer me ice, but I'm not sure how that was supposed to cool me off?) I literally had to go find a place to buy a fan in order to stay in this hotel with those temps! The management should be ashamed of themselves that they allow this to continue. This was not the only room without reliable air conditioning either. Room 304 was also complaining about their air conditioning as we were checking out, so keep that in mind. Our friends in room 201 did have working a/c, but you had to keep a card in a slot to keep the a/c running when you left. Even if you left a card in there the housekeeping would take it out when they cleaned the room, leaving the room warm by the time you arrived back. 2. While the lack of a/c was the biggest issue, another big issue was the design of the room. Yes, it's beautiful looking and has some neat features (like color changing ambient lighting) BUT it's very impractical and dysfunctional. For instance, the a/c vents are located next to the windows, but BEHIND the curtains. So, if we closed the curtains to keep the sun from coming into the windows, we received no air flow from the vents. (curtains are ceiling to floor heigh

La Boutique is placed a bit outside the centre of Prague, but within short distance from the channel. Its also a short distance to several pubs, bars, restaurants and also short distance to the tram, which travels all over in Prague. The reception was very service minded and its always someone there to guide you. We had a room on the 4th floor, big, nice room with good beds and a big bathroom. We felt the room was very comfy. The breakfast is simple but more than enough in the morning, and the food was tasty. They dont have any transport service for the airport, but we got a taxi both ways, between 650 and 800 chk. When we wanted to see Prague we either took a tram (22) or we walked down to the channel and from there over some of the bridges. We enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed at Mosaic House for 3 days on an Eastern European vacation in October with friends (8). It was a fantastic hotel! Beautiful, clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was wonderful, rooms nicely decorated, and breakfast delicious. The bed was fabulous and the décor eclectic and interesting! The front desk was very helpful in giving directions and helping with taxis. We even got a welcome drink when we arrived. The location was perfect for walking the city and catching the tram or subway. The hotel had a café and lounge area that was very nice. The only minor complaint would be the A/C not blowing cold enough. My husband and I are used to cold A/C. But we were able to open windows and let in the cool night air, so it was fine. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

A three or four minute walk from Prague NA bus station is a transit hotel that can be considered in other Czech towns. Large luggage is deposited in the hotel. Drag this small box and take the bus to the town. There are several bus stops at the alley of the hotel to the old city, 5 and 20, etc. It is very convenient to go to Gaobao. If you are looking for value for money, this hotel can be called the preferred hotel, and it contains a very rich breakfast, which can be eaten as a brunch from 7-10: 30. There is a small red book nearby recommending Czech local restaurants, Radnicni Sklipek, the recommended dishes are good, super large portions, the family of three is 60-70, pork can be eaten open to no pot friends. Girls can try APPLE CIDER for a moment.

It is a hotel on a boat parked on the shore. The bottom floor we live in is airtight for a long time and smells very heavy, but the cleaning is quite clean. The breakfast at the hotel is quite hearty. There are many choices for the breakfast buffet, there must be something you like! The location is also very convenient. We all walk to Charles Bridge and Prague Square. After all, going out is for fun. Is it all for walking? There are also Chinese restaurants in the surrounding area, you can find them in Dianping!
