1衞生洗澡區域和腳墊有前面客人頭髮，洗漱池發黴，毛巾用的都快爛啦，地毯也很臟，房間氣味難聞2服務態度惡劣，什麼問題問到都不解決，要麼就不理你，要開水單，不同意，理由是網上訂的，讓叫經理，不理你，吵起來經理過來才解決，早餐大家有機會可以體驗下，就當體驗生活吧。還四星酒店，那來的自信，唉，從來不評論，實在無法忍受

房間很大，很乾凈，還有自助餐，很豐富，餐廳很寬敞，大氣。出門就是信江，江邊散步🚶很安靜。離河口古鎮很近，古鎮也很有特色。

差評，差評，差評，前台毫無服務意識，業務不精，脾氣暴躁，帶***性質地辱罵顧客，威脅顧客，像****似的，酒店管理不善。

酒店位置距離河口古鎮還是相當方便的，有免費停車場，早餐也可以。美中不足的是，房間衹有浴缸，沒有淋浴，不想用浴缸衹能爬進浴缸站在浴缸裏洗澡，洗完再爬出來。浴缸有點高，説實話，爬進爬出對於我一個身高165的姑娘來説，有點費勁，關鍵是還很滑…

一進去房間特別潮濕，而且沒有站立式淋浴，都是浴缸，不喜歡，馬桶的壓強不夠老是堵，另外房間的拖鞋特別臭，整個房間都很醜。服務也不好，特別是前台和客房的工作人員，以後再也不會入住
