老國企招待所風格。台灣路一個大院內，有多幢老樓，都是石化系統的公司，自駕停車方便。離海兩百米，和八大關方向相反，出行可到香港路公交比較多。

訂的普通大床房，前台免費升級成豪華套房。面積很大，就是地毯有點味道，停車還算方便總體不錯。酒店對面的九層塔不推薦過去。

不要因為他叫中國勝利油田青島科技交流中心就覺得她高冷，因為她是對外開放的；不要因為她的名字就覺得她老，因為她是去年剛裝修的；不要因為她的名字覺得她是老古董，因為她是全屋智能的，天貓精靈滿足你的一切需求。相信國企的服務和實力，套用我弟的話就是，礦業類的酒店都是很有錢的。2晚的住宿從一份特別新鮮的果盤，一份精油皂開啟。第二天回到酒店，有燒好的純凈水，有看我們存起來的花而幫我們剪好礦泉水瓶子插好。每一處細節都很周到。鳥語花香，一個路口的濱海線，乾淨衞生的環境，周到的服務，每一個都能成為我選擇她的理由。

老乾部風的酒店我太愛了，安靜又有安全感，入住送了歡迎水果和香皂，早飯品種不多但很全面，前台小姐姐很熱情，房間設施不新但乾淨温馨，走路5分鐘到海邊，離燕兒島和開海餐廳很近

家人推薦來的，住宿環境清新幽雅，可以免費停車，離地鐵站很近，離海邊也就六七分鐘的路程，晚上去散步很舒心，海灘邊人不多，很適合放鬆心情。

這廁所實在是噁心到我了，地鐵很臟。我女兒在地毯上撿了瓜子殼吃。都不知道啥時候的，地址位置比較好，別的真的沒有任何優勢
