Was good experience. Room was clean and comfortable. Seaview room didn’t really have a sea view more like a sea glimpse. But everything else was pretty good

住過N多酒店服務態度是最差的，外賣不送連要個取電卡都推三阻四，不知道是因為酒店太牛還是對我們這種散客的感受根本就不會在意。早餐竟然還能吃出橡皮圈，衹能用大跌眼鏡來形容了。

酒店位置優越，離大學路、信號山都特別近。可以看到信號山和遠處的海。早餐豐富，服務也不錯，還有公共洗衣機（雖然沒有使用），停車方便，各種便利。不過酒店時間比較長了，設施比較老舊，如果對這方面要求高的話，可謹慎選擇。

房間很小，衞生還可以，被子和枕頭有的地方都破了。窗户不能打開。衹能搭着凳子看海景。旅遊旺季快900一間，價格比深圳還廣州還要貴。貴都算了，主要是房間質量差。洗澡水我家裡人形容和小孩拉的尿一樣。洗澡水小的可憐。整個浴室不算小，搞了浴缸以後就變得小的可憐。電視節目衹有幾個頻道能看。其他很多頻道是藍屏。網絡差的要死，基本在晚上六點到晚上十點不能連接上，前台給我的解釋是連的人太多了。説白了，不能叫做酒店，就是那種小火車站的招待所。能賣到這個價格也是大寫的服。

選這家酒店是看上了它的文化氛圍，想着能帶着孩子逛逛大學校園的，可是不讓進。其次是交通，距離地鐵站還有1.5公里，拖着東西帶着孩子真是很不方便，出門都要打個車。五一假期定了兩晚，入住時前台服務很熱情，看到小朋友還主動送了小禮物，小童牙刷和拖鞋。酒店本身比較老舊了，衞生還行，但是居然有蚊子！！！睡到半夜起來拍蚊子，才發現角落裡配了電蚊香，馬上插上，外加和蚊子奮鬥兩小時才睡，早上起來發現還有蚊子在飛，一拍全是血，太糟心了。第二晚都沒住，直接換了一家，損失慘重！

交通非常便利，裏面車位也很夠用，五一時候價格也很合理，外面就有水果店和小賣部，價格也不貴。
早餐的話種類不少，而且挺好吃的。環境也非常安靜。
適合年輕人去大學路那邊city walk。但是這個city walk感覺更適合大學生啊，我這歲數咋get不到網紅牆的美啊。。。

忙了幾天終於來評論了。首先，酒店位置是非常方便，步行可以打卡青島多個網紅地點，包括軍事博物館等，是個非常適合閑逛的中心輻射點。其次，服務非常貼心。服務人員一看就是在酒店工作了比較久，都是把酒店作為自家經營的感覺，讓人感覺很温暖、踏實。這點令我印象深刻。臨走時還送了我們小禮物🎁。第三，作為學術交流中心，近水樓台地逛了校園，和孩子講述了歷史，是一場有趣的研學之旅。第四，老牌酒店，設施齊全，床品舒適。這次沒逛夠，下次還會來。

雖然是閣樓房，小是小了點，但五臟俱全，也比較乾淨整潔，裝修也是個人喜歡的風格，在一眾因假期而價格高漲的酒店中，四百出頭訂到算是很nice了，住的地方地處大學校園很安靜，離棧橋等景點也比較近，校門口的包子店，水果店都讓我挺滿意。小小的遺憾是這次去的時候冷氣因中央空調修繕還未開通，所以白天太陽暴曬的時候還是有點小熱，當然幸運的是五月初的青島還是蠻涼快的。總而言之，累並快樂的一次旅行！下次來青島希望還能訂上這家酒店。

因為看到新聞説機票價格跳水，就臨時預訂了前往青島的行程。酒店位置和檔次都符合我們的預期就果斷預訂了。
酒店很周到的提前一天告知了裝修工程可能造成的影響，以及可以憑房卡免費進入海大校區的訊息，真的非常周到。
到店以後辦理入住也非常快，確實如點評所言，這裏稱呼遊客都叫老師，也感受了特殊待遇。
我們預訂的是價格實惠的閣樓房。雖然窗户比較小，採光不足，但也別有一番情趣。就是這個弧形的窗簾沒辦法完全的打開，後面的鈎子都已經生銹了，也不知道怎麼處理比較好。
另外另外下水道的反味兒比較嚴重，可以看見酒店已經在下水口遮蓋了地墊，但下水道泛出味道還是比較重，好在待在房間的時間並不長，將就一下也還行。
早餐不算特別豐富，但能吃飽，附近景點多，步行比坐車方便（（*^∀^））😁
