The room is clean and neat, we stayed for 3 nights and it's best for the price and specially they accept foreigner. Good service and best budget place to stay in Qingdao.

我訂了4個晚上，就給我一瓶水，就讓我4天衹喝這一瓶水，問前台要前台説一個訂單衹有1瓶！那我是不是要每天退房退一次再重新訂一次啊？？我住了這麼多次酒店第一次聽到這説法，況且這裏我也不是第一次來了，以後不會再來了，真離譜！

不建議雅思考生入住，酒店房間隔音很差，屋外的聲音都能聽到，空調會在半夜12點左右換氣，噪音很大，吵的睡不着覺，老闆的服務態度也很一般，問他啥都讓你自己解決，酒店的床也很硬，很不舒服。

別定有窗的話還快點，為了個有窗的去等了得半個小時，説實話除了這個有點崩潰外加有窗的面積小，其他的都挺好，希望下次入住要是有窗的希望不等這麼久，前台服務挺好的，説實話整體不錯👍客服姐姐非常的温柔和耐心。

酒店在居民區旁邊，離小麥島很近，走路十幾分鍾就到了，旁邊就是青島大學，挺安全的，奶茶店快餐店好多好多，很方便；老闆和工作人員人都很好，還可以免費打印准考證，有機會下次還來～

在青島從未住過這麼差的酒店，260的價格就是欺騙消費者：
1 公寓式的酒店，平台訂就是260，酒店前台才200，平台説要贈送水果咖啡 酒店都沒給（咱也不缺那點）
2 房間説是24平方米，一進門就靠着床 兩張床距緊挨着牆！這大小能有20就不錯了，房間內連標配的桌椅都沒有（即使有也放不開）
3 資料顯示是2021年新開的，很廉價的彈簧床 雙人床床墊凹陷很嚴重，牆壁壁紙都是灰，衞生間天花板都潮頂，中央空調聲音很大
4 衞生條件也不行，床上用品感覺污漬斑點都洗不乾淨了，煮水壺裡面水垢很多，
5 基本設施很差，單人床旁邊連充電插座也沒有，衞生間沒有毛巾架（一人一條，浴巾直接放床上），從衞生間出來沒有腳墊導致地板全是踩出來的水
6 安全係數也很差，晚上直接從門縫能看見燈光（不敢想象萬一有偷窺狂怎麼辦），門衹有一道門鎖 誰都可以隨便進房間的樓層，每個房間門與門緊挨着 半夜都能聽着人在走廊裏走！
很服氣，真不知道這樣的公寓酒店怎麼開起來的，那麼多好評怎麼來的，除了店員的服務態度很好 其他一無是處！
