酒店應該是比較舊的，有重新裝修過的樣子，在鬧市區，離景點聚集的鯉城區很近，過個橋就到了，晚上很熱鬧。
設施和環境都很普通，房間的空調老是調不好，房裡的燈也很奇怪，晚上睡覺關了燈就開不了廁所的燈。
但還是想給個好評，因為服務很好。停車場車位比較少，旁邊的停車場收費還挺貴的，有時候晚上回來沒有停車位，可以和保安説一下幫忙協調擠個車位出來。

房間挺滿意的，就是服務太差了，交接工作幾乎是一點沒做，我們定了兩間套房，凌晨4點入住的，第二天一點多就開始拚命打電話催退房了，一點延遲都沒有，晚班不跟白班做好交接導致我們入住體驗感賊差，本來還想續住的，但這服務態度真是一點都忍受不了，從沒見過這麼誇張的奪命連環call的！各大五星級都住了也沒遇到這樣的！

第一進去停車保安指引不是很清楚。第二晚上8點前入住才有水果送。我晚上8點前入住前台有説送果盤。進去服務員説8點前才有。我説前台有説有，才給我送了水果。第三房間衞生不會灰塵很多沒擦乾淨。最最最重要‼️一點是枕頭巨臭根本沒辦法用枕頭。一晚上沒睡枕頭。沙發也沾很明顯的污漬。第四早餐也是無語了。我預訂是兩份早餐。吃早餐服務員説我一個身份證登記不讓兩個人吃。2份早餐是包含在裏面的我帶誰去也是兩份早餐啊。她很不高興擠眉弄眼的。住那麼多地方的酒店第一次遇見這樣的高價格酒店這種待遇。不敢恭維。

不要定12層頂樓，千萬不要，頂樓有各種設備，夜裡那個風機和空調外機就在你頭頂上嗡嗡，特別吵，一點都睡不着，按理説頂樓都是行政和總統套房，不應該是這種體驗感，酒店注重一下啊，太吵了，房間環境還可以，比較暗，衞生也還行，跟這個噪音比起來簡直不值一提。

體驗感真的很差，入住商務大床房，價格要四百多，裏面其他的飲料都是要錢，就唯獨兩瓶礦泉水不用錢🥲，然後住的7樓，樓下ktv，半夜兩三點還在吵，隔音巨差
真滴是不建議

這是我住過性價比最差的酒店，沒有之一！！
第一次來泉州出差不敢定太便宜的，結果，室外衹有十度的泉州這個酒店晚上洗澡水是冷的！！！！！等了半個鍾也是冷的，無奈洗了一半衹有咬牙洗完！！早上洗臉盆水龍頭也是半點熱水都沒有！！！！
另外，房間煙味極大！！！！！
這種酒店直接拉黑吧，太無語了！？？

本來被评语惊吓了一阵。但亲身体驗卻是感覺不錯的，
裝修不算新，但地方挺干淨，服务人员都有礼貌。可惜太早出門，沒能吃到早餐🤣
下次会再來的。

是按五星級標準建設的老酒店，亮點在於房間層高很舒服。
硬件雖經十年時間，但耐用度還是很好。
早餐廳的大圓桌竟然不鋪桌布，破損的桌面讓自己感覺像是蹲在橋洞下吃飯。
