酒店無前台無門店，全程網上，從入住到退房沒見過實體服務人員，也找不到任何一個服務人員。老闆全程一張嘴，全是他的理，沒有工作人員到現場查看情況，有問題就是顧客嬌氣，老闆不伺候，也不知道他伺候了啥。細節：酒店床很硬，被子很薄，床單床套不乾淨，反饋給老闆就説沒人，阿姨下班了，他解決不了。態度惡劣，地域黑，還罵人，頭一回在酒店睡覺還穿着厚外套和褲子，老闆回覆酒店全是這種被子，要厚的回家蓋棉被去。洗澡洗十幾分鍾就沒熱水了，給的方案是，洗的過程，要看水的容積，要關水龍頭，不然得等水熱。空調不制熱，給出的方案是學習物理知識，問題不解決，還被教育了一頓。假惺惺要退錢，真要退了直接翻臉罵人。房間多處有小蟲子，被子上，馬桶上，牆壁上等。總結：設施差，衞生差，服務態度超級差。花了錢受了罪還要被黑心商家罵。

位置距離高鐵站就幾百米，坐車出行都挺方便。房間和圖片一模一樣，非常乾淨。來衢州追求性價比首選這家！投影儀洗衣機冰箱都有！簡直超級nice！！！
因為是五一期間住的，酒店超級難訂，我們一共是四個人當時這家衹剩1間房間了，跟老闆溝通，他居然幫我們從他朋友酒店借來了1間房間超級感謝🙏

出門旅遊最忌諱住的不舒心了，所以我訂酒店都很謹慎，想要物美價廉，又想要衞生達標，挑挑選選最後定了這家民宿👍🏻出站步行不到10分鐘，就在萬達對面，出行去中心區域打車也就10塊錢，公交也有直達很方便，房間乾淨，用品齊全，熱水也充足，關鍵是店家小哥也很給力，耐心又熱心，必須給好評😀

照片忘了拍，但是整體乾淨清爽，小哥哥非常熱情，本來同層的沒房間了，他特地幫我調了一下，兩間房安排在一層，非常周到，還特地在樓下等我們，有什麼問題微信上隨時迴應，地理位置也很方便，過個馬路就是萬達，離高鐵站也非常近，體驗感非常好，性價比很高👍👍
