"Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!"

"It's very noisy at night. There's a parking lot and residential area behind it, with lots of people coming and going. The soundproofing is terrible. Around 1 a.m., the front desk staff were screaming like crazy, making it impossible to sleep. It's hilarious; the first time I've ever encountered something like this."

"This time I chose the hotel location close to my office. The overall is very good. The hotel staff is more energetic. Although it is newly opened, the overall is good. There is no taste. I stayed for two days. The lobby office is really OK. The coffee charging is also convenient. The young lady is very enthusiastic. Downstairs is the bottom of the horse station. After eating for two days, I had spicy dumplings for the first time. It was delicious. You can also eat it when you walk around Beimen Street at night."

They switched me to a suite, but the water coming out was consistently yellow, and the bathtub leaked all over the floor. It was clear the room hadn't been occupied or maintained in a long time. Eventually, I was moved to a standard room. I arrived at the hotel at 9 AM, and after all the hassle of changing rooms, it was almost midnight. The check-in experience was absolutely terrible."

"Here's why I gave it 1 star: there was no nightlight in the bathroom. I got up in the middle of the night and kicked my foot, causing a slight bleeding. When I went to the front desk to ask for a band-aid after checking out, one of the women there was rude. She said there was a light in the bathroom, and asked if I couldn't turn it on. I explained that if the light was on, the transparent glass wall would illuminate the room, affecting my sleep. She was very rude and repeatedly said, "What's wrong with turning on the light?" I told her that a front desk staff member like her would tarnish the hotel's reputation!"

"The room's air conditioning was too cold, and when we asked for an extra blanket, they were all used up. The window was open, making it very noisy; we later discovered the window was actually open. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste, which was ridiculous. The breakfast was also very mediocre. A room costing over 800 yuan is equivalent to only 200-300 yuan – not worth it."

There is a large shopping mall right outside the door. The waiters are very friendly. Enthusiastic, breakfast is also very good, very cost-effective, highly recommended."
