地理位置很不錯，在衢州站的旁邊，價格也合理，正對面就是萬達廣場，吃喝也方便。
設施：齊全，房間很大，窗户也是落地窗，夜景也漂亮。

房間很大，設施齊全（有冰箱、洗衣機）乾淨整潔，落地窗使整個環境亮堂。老闆人很客氣，細心周到。停車方便（免費）。衢站、萬達廣場就在旁邊，美食多多！
