DoubleTree by Hilton Raleigh Crabtree Valley

Arrived late to the hotel. Complementary parking, but there are building works going on. Front desk staff were polite enough, but didn’t say much. Hallways were a bit dark and only one elevator serving the hotel (we had to wait along time). Beds were comfortable enough, but the shower did not get hot. Overall, we were disappointed by this Doubletree hotel. It is only good for transit or overnight stay.

Very nice clean hotel. Having a restaurant on site very good. Staff was great. Check in and check out was easy. Parking was cramped but other than that. Place was great.

Staff and rooms were up to par the breakfast was standrad,but good and fresh overall a 9 would stay there again for it felt safe and great location. Erick the desk supervisor was soo nice the whole staff that I encountered with was great 👍 👌

It’s your basic hotel but the rate of 179 it wasn’t of the value I saw within the property and stay for one night.

Nice stay and friendly staff. Only stayed one night to sleep and bed was really comfortable. Would stay again

Katelyn at the front desk was so hospitable and kind. Best service I had in a long time. Lobby and room was very clean. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff makes you feel like family. I’ll definitely stay there again.

My stay was wonderful and the staff was very nice.. There wasn’t a pool with ai think a lot ppl look for when booking a room in a hotel, my stay was still very nice.
