"Housekeeping isn't done daily; my room was only cleaned once during my four-night stay. The shower water temperature was unstable, constantly fluctuating between hot and cold. Bottled water replenishment was inconsistent – my friend's room got it, but mine didn't. The facilities are extremely old. At one point, the elevator stopped responding after we pressed the button, and everyone inside was so scared they got off. If you have the budget, I'd suggest staying elsewhere."

"They hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. I don’t recommend booking through Trip.com. I booked and prepaid several days before arriving and the room that I had booked was unavailable. The hotel said they reached out to trip.com to let them know that I wouldn’t have a room and to contact me. Instead I got confirmation emails stating my room was available for check in. The hotel was very nice and helped me get an available room with not additional cost but trip.com refused to do any kind of refund for they different room."

The heavier blanket looked just like in the picture. When I asked the hotel staff about it, they said it’s a feathered blanket, and when it gets wet, the feathers stick together, causing this appearance."
