I stayed at this location for nearly two weeks and I have to say that it was the most uncomfortable stay ever. People with serious attitudes have no business in the hospitality industry. TIFFANY was one of the worst employees to deal with. Her attitude, which she never bothered to hide from the guests, but boldly put on display, was just unbearable. She even disrespected her m Regional Manager (REBECCA) and gave her a massive attitude right in front of patrons when she was trying to calm TIFFANY down. There were no repercussions for her behavior; in my opinion, it seemed like upper management was used to her behaving so. She did a fake apology when her boss was around, but as soon as the boss was out of sight, she went right back to being nasty. Her night shifts consisted of her sitting on the couch with her back to the front desk watching wrestling at a high volume for hours, or having loud conversations with someone that came in to use the computer. This is all while people are standing at the desk waiting to be checked in; people were ignored until she was done talking. Then she would clearly show how annoyed she was to be interrupted and to actually have to do her job. The same thing happened every time my room key had to be reactivated when she was watching TV. I tried avoiding her at ALL costs. She also yelled at, and belittled Terrell (her co-worker) many times right in front of other people. It was almost like she wanted an audience so that she could show off her seniority, despite not having any managerial title whatsoever. OLIVIA was another not-so-pleasant one but, at least she didn't have a nasty attitude. My issue with her was that she spent most of her time on the computer or sitting on a chair behind the wall, tethered to an outlet so she could be on her phone while it charged. She also had earbuds in, and was talking on the phone most of the time. JENNIFER had a nasty attitude and she was always talking to random men every time I walked through. She would even walk out the door with them to continue her conversation as guests were waiting for assistance at the front desk. One morning, I asked her if she could unmute the TV near the breakfast area, and she sneered at me and said, ”Yeah, I can turn the volume on but not too loud.” You would think I asked her to blast the TV. So, I sit down for a few, then go out to smoke, come back in to sit again and the volume is OFF. I went up to ask if there was a problem with the TV and her reply was, ”No, we don't like the volume on because there are rooms behind the walls where the TVs are.” She turned the volume on and I sat once again. The TVs I was referring to have elevators behind them, not rooms. The only TV with a room behind it was the one TIFFANY watched all night with the volume blasting. VERY unprofessional. If not for CHARLOTTE, TERRELL, and PRECIOUS, I would've definitely gone to a different place and paid for it out of pocket, instead of billing it to my company. Also, we were
