After staying for a few days, only one female front desk employee was a little arrogant. She had to correct my pronunciation even though she had a strong Italian accent. The soft drinks in the mini bar are free and replenished in time every day. The hotel breakfast is relatively rich. The restaurant is not big. The breakfast time is 7-11 o'clock, which is very humane. The music played in the restaurant is also very chill, but the variety of dishes does not change every day, which cannot be compared with large hotels. The coffee is very delicious! The location of the hotel is also very good. You can walk to almost all popular scenic spots and business districts. I stayed with my children. We had the best time staying at this beautiful boutique hotel! It was the perfect location walking distance to Trevi Fountain! The staff were all friendly and great - Faizal was our favorite. His energy and demeanor were so kind and welcoming, we hope he's still there when we revisit Rome! The room was spacious and quiet at night. The bathroom was stunning with marble and a heated towel rack! The service was quick and the breakfast in the mornings was delicious as was the coffee! The hotel also has a restaurant on the terrace with amazing views of the city.

Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. They accommodated our family with a last minute reservation and our experience could not have been better. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The hotel id beautifully appointed and thoughtfully arranged. A high attention to detail is obvious. From the yummy treats in the lobby to the cosmetics provided in the bathrooms, no detail is missed. A great location - just a stones throw from Trevi Fountain and amazing restaurants. Very grateful to have found this gem!

Staff is very friendly ,clean and spacious rooms . Excellent location , I highly recommend this hotel within walking distance to All attractions. The breakfast is not to miss and the front desk people are always ready to assist you, a true five star hotel ..

Wonderful boutique hotel close to Trevi Fountain. Staff made us feel very welcome and the service was impeccable without being stuffy. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with lots of personality. We will definitely be back! Thanks to all who made our stay so memorable.
