SInce there are only two floors, there is no elevator. For those with heavy luggage, please be aware you will have to bring these up yourself. The onsen was a pleasant surprise. I normally like the outdoors one more, but the ones indoors have a jacuzzi-like effect added. Personally, I feel it makes the onsen experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast that is included is also a bit lacking, especially for onsen hotels.
