The gate to the pool can be opened from the front parking lot without a key.Being on the interstate frontage makes it loud outside as well. A more secure pool area would be required for me to come back with my family Ice makers weren't working but the front desk had access to bar/restaurant ice maker. Filtered water and coffee were always available in lobby. Not impressed with breakfast. BE AWARE, a google review will get you a free breakfast. Kids 11u eat free. Otherwise it'll set you back $10. I'd consider breakfast avg if it were included, but expected more since it's an add-on. Only one of the 2 stairwells reach the lobby directly. Only 1 of the 2 elevators were available, having the internal stairwell is very important.

The hotel room is large and well equipped with tableware and microwave, so it is not inferior to eating food. Overall, it is comfortable and the best choice for outlet shopping purposes!
