For the consumption of the Holy Island, this house is very cost-effective and the service is very warm. The children with hot spring pool like it very much. The location is far from the scenic spot, and the hotel opposite the cliff trail is only one road apart, but the landscape is very different, so the price is much cheaper. The overall price/performance ratio is still very good, but if you are more concerned about the landscape, it is recommended to choose the hotel on the opposite side of the cliff.

We had a mixed experience. It should have been spectacular, but unfortunately the customer service aspect fell short. We booked a pool suite to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary and made a reservation in the restaurant for a celebratory dinner with sunset view. When we walked down the 6 flights of stairs to the restaurant we were told that a photo shoot was going on and even though they took the reservation they couldn't accommodate us. 50 years in the making and poof - anniversary ruined! Long story short, we went to a restaurant a few doors down (The Wine Bar) who treated us with generosity and respect, unlike our hotel... As days ticked by, any small request we had was always met with a 'no'. Every afternoon and evening there were multiple elaborate photo shoots and weddings staged in front of our room/view leaving us with no privacy on our patio. We had a very frustrating and unhappy stay. This is more a wedding venue than a hotel as they do not show respect to their non-wedding guests.

Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

Nobu Santorini is a must see and visit spot on the island with its stunning views and flawless service. The restaurant's prime location overlooking the most beautiful sunset. The staff at went above and beyond to deliver impeccable service. From the warm welcome by the hostess to the attentive waiters, their professionalism and genuine kindness left lasting impression on me and my partner. Especially our waiter Kostas who surprised us with the best cheesecake I’ve ever had for our anniversary celebration. I’ve been in Nobu several times before in other location and food is on the same if not higher level. Black Cod was to die for. We kept ordering more and more sushi as they were divine. Definitely worth visiting. Ensure you’ve got enough memory space in your camera as the sunset lasting for over an hour is just breathtaking.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The host is super friendly, and nothing is too big an ask for him. The room is spacious and clean, with good A/C and wifi. The pool area is nice and peaceful with beautiful views of the sea. Breakfasts are generous and hearty. And to top it off the location is excellent - Imerovigli itself is a nice village to explore with some good bars and restaurants, away from the business of Thira; but Thira is a 20-25 min walk along a path, and Imerovigli is on the beautiful coastal path that takes you to Oia for the sunsets (hour and a half walk). All in all, a beautiful and peaceful stay.

Stayed at Phaos Santorini Suites for six days. Great location- between Oia and Fira, with parking, and across the street from both the famed Santorini caldera walk and a wonderful restaurant, Pink Sophia. The room was nice, sea view, and comfortable- the temperature, the bed and pillows. Price also reasonable. That said, a few things I'd change or add: Add a microwave, so we can sometimes just eat leftovers and chill, or buy some local food to eat at home. Tea and water are free, but you pay for coffee in the room, and that should be free. Continental breakfast is included, but does not include cereal, juice or eggs- all extra charges. That should all be included. Also, a power outage one day, and three another day! Supposedly this is island-wide, but why no backup generators? A few changes would bump things from suitable to great here.
