The hotel is beautiful, except our whole sea-view was ruined with 24hr construction. The bath on the balcony was relaxing. If you want to have a better view, it would be best to spend more money to live on a higher floor and only in buildings A-C, building D and E only have views of the construction site. The bathroom was clean and pretty . It is also hard to get a didi or taxi. You need to walk far to get a golf cart.

The location is fine, just across the road from the beach. The pool is big and kept clean. the room is a good size and clean (some stains on sheets and torn pillow cases, old towels etc but still clean) the washing machine on the balcony was very convenient . the view is slightly obstructed but still great and the price is very reasonable. The service by most staff is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. It is very off putting. We always try to be as amiable as possible, we know we are guests in this country. But it is the worst experience as far as professionalism and friendliness that I have experienced in China. And we both have worked in the service industry for many years so have a good understanding of some of the daily issues and so try extra hard to be friendly and neat ourselves. the breakfast area we found too unhygienic and didn't eat there again. we know standards are different. the Italian restaurant was friendly, professional service and good food. for he price it is fine.

Amazing wonderful view ! Really worth to stay there for nice pictures! Allows to stay with a pet. The room was not really new, mold on the curtains, but the rest was very clean. Kitchen area is not big, enough to make some easy food, but can’t cook. The toilet facilities are clean and there is all you might need. Iron board, chairs on the balcony, a lot of space. Stuff is very friendly, help whatever you ask them. Very close to the downtown. If you want to be in a city and still have a great sea view - here you are! But the parking is not very convenient, you need to walk for I while from the parking area, which is just outside, very difficult if you have stuff to cary, the cart service is there, but its not convenient to call them all the time, also they don’t help with the luggage, so was kinda heavy for me.

We drove around the island to Sanya and chose this hotel to check the room and stay for 2 days. We booked a three-person room for an upgraded family room with a sea view and can see a small part of the sea view. The swimming pool of the hotel is pretty good. You can see the sea on the top floor. The decoration style of the restaurant is very modern, and the dining looks very comfortable. The service at the front desk is very good and friendly. The parking is very convenient. You can park at the entrance of the lobby. You don't need to drive to eat around. There are many restaurants and snack streets. It's a 5-minute walk from Sanya Bay. There are so many people on the beach. Maybe it's because of the summer vacation. If you have a budget, you can choose this hotel to stay. The three of us only spent more than 300 yuan to live in a sea view room. We should have everything. Ha ha.

It was a very happy journey. It started from staying in the hotel. I felt happy all the way. The location is really convenient! It is very close to Sanya Bay and Dadonghai to go to Yemeng Corridor, 200 meters to the first market, and there is a big shopping mall next to it. There are many delicious and interesting places nearby! The decoration of the lobby is very nice, and it feels very young. Unfortunately the staff didn’t speak English which made check in and check out difficult. The hotel’s website was deceiving and a lot nicer than the hotel itself. It’s cheap and cheerful and you get what you pay. The pool was a lot smaller than the pictures, it was filthy, and there were no pool pillows for the sun beds or chairs, which made sitting by the pool uncomfortable. Unfortunately the private beach opposite the hotel was closed due to building work, the next beach is a few minutes walk away. The hotel itself is in a quiet location with no restaurants around. We drove all the way to Dolphin bar (1 hour 10 minutes away from the hotel). The hotel room was lovely and clean but it was noisy, there were cracks above the door so we could hear everything in the corridors and the rooms with children next door. The hotel did not give us ‘garden view room’, we had a room with view of the car park which was a waste of money. Upon asking for nicer rooms (having paid for it) they said they had none left. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, we wouldn’t recommend paying for it - drive an hour away instead. Due to Sanya being a long beach and the hotel being far away from a lot of things, we’d definitely stay at a more bustling hotel resort next time.

Stayed 3 nights here. Checking in was efficient and we also communicated with staff Wendy if we had any queries. She was fast and polite in responding to us. We booked a cozy king room. Some of our view was obstructed by some construction works going on next to our hotel so its recommended to upgrade to a better room if you want full sea view! Overall was a good and happy stay. Convenient to the night market and a mall but had to do some walking. Not very near to the beach, need some walking :) We also enjoyed the simple afternoon tea provided complimentary by the hotel.

Location: the hotel is near the airport so it’s a great option if you want to catch an early flight. It’s also very close to the beach. The beach here is totally different than in other parts of Sanya. It’s less crowded. We enjoyed a little run at night along the seaside. Service: smooth check-in and check-out (we checked out at 5am and then got DiDi to the airport). Cleanliness: our room and the bathroom were super clean. The whole area amongst the villas is beautiful. It’s a peaceful surrounding where you can relax. The swimming pool was working as well. Amenities: the lobby area looks newly renovated and the rooms are also nice. It’s a great value for money. I can definitely recommend this place if you are looking for some cheaper accommodation options or want to catch an early flight.

This hotel is very basic and old. There were some DIY fixes in the room. The shower and toilet has no separation. The highlight of this hotel is the area. So close to the beach. In my opinion this is the best part of Sanya . So quiet and not many tourists. The hotel had a little convenience store which was very nice and well~priced. There is a nice Viet-Thai restaurant nearby as well as a burger king, starbucks and KFC. Reception was nice and helpful. If I ever visit Sanya again, I would book this hotel for the Location, but next time I will book a room with an open balcony.

The hotel is quite new. The bed faces the sea and has a good view. Opposite the downstairs is the Coconut Dream Corridor. You can take pictures of the sunset directly in the hotel, or you can go downstairs for a walk anytime and anywhere, which is very comfortable. I stayed here for four days and was quite satisfied. Xiao Liu at the front desk was very helpful and very helpful.

Room was very spacious with 2 queen beds. No fridge though. Hotel is within walking distance from San Ya Railway station. Quite a number of buses ply at a stop about 100m from hotel to sightseeing spots but have difficulty crossing the road if returning on the other side of the road (alternative is to wait for bus to loop at railway station). There's an electric tram stop nearby too.

I stayed at this hotel a few days after coming to Sanya. The price set online in advance a few years ago is right. The family lives in a more comfortable hotel than the Dadonghai B&B. The space is large, with a large balcony with a view of the sea, you can dry clothes. It is also close to the beach, and it is very convenient for children to play in the sand. The front desk service is in place. I said that I need some hangers to dry clothes. The front desk asked the cleaning sister to take more than a dozen hangers and drying racks. The room type is very good, the attitude and service of the beauties at the front desk are also in place, and I will stay here next time!
