第一次入住這家度假村，沒想到很新，前台的慶靈妹妹服務很好，給我們介紹酒店的環境，這裏的夜景不錯哦，房間就沒有拍了，衞生很乾凈，前台還可以幫忙預約免税店的穿梭巴士哦～～對了，餐廳還有特色小火鍋哦，都不用頂着太陽外出找餐廳吃飯了

挺好，説實話衞生比前兩天海棠灣的酒店好太多了，乾淨沒異味。酒店服務也很好，比如説打掃衞生的大姐送了3包紅糖薑茶給我們，暖心暖胃。檢查的童經理和主管看到小朋友嘔吐到地毯，主動幫我們清理還送了蔬菜粥給我們。退房後前台的小美女主動聯繫我們説有毛巾落在房間。總之一切都很美好，為我們這次的

入住體驗非常好，前台接待熱情，房間舒適整潔，保潔阿姨每日打掃細緻。早餐非常豐盛，大堂每日都有新鮮檸檬水。酒店配套設施齊全。（忘記拍酒店照片了，圖一二是酒店陽台景觀，非常美）

房間都比較新，非常適合情侶或者家庭出行。這個季節去還送了小火鍋，前台的姐姐非常熱情。小福還專門給我們送了飲料。
唯一一個點就是晚上外面會有壁虎。
總的來説，性價比真的是非常非常高。推薦入住。

進門口感覺很一般，右邊的樓還在裝修。真入住了才發現有很多細節做的還是不錯的，特別是今天上午客房經理路過我們房間看到陽台上有孩子衣服晾在陽台上，拿去免費烘乾，不然不知道怎麼帶上飛機，還送了個小🚗給孩子，説下次來再給其他的禮物。大堂得飲料很不錯，不像其他家放點雪碧糊弄。泳池和客房都很乾凈，沒有消毒水的異味。反正就是所有人的服務都很奈斯，下次還來。

環境：來三亞之前在攜程精挑細選了很久 想找一家乾淨衞生又性價比高 離海灘也不太遠的酒店 最後選擇了亞龍灣99號度假村 結果不負所望 酒店的整體環境很好 各種植物錯落有致 👍
設施：酒店房間很大 我定的是經典房型 雖然看不到海 但住着很舒服 因為是新開的 所以設備都很新 本來衹定了一晚 結果果斷又續住了兩晚 🥳
服務：服務非常周到細心 特別是小慧 我非常滿意 加上微信以後有什麼事跟她説 都幫我安排的明明白白 讓我旅途非常省心 有一種賓至如歸的感覺 必須給一個大大的好評！👍

第一次到三亞，預訂了99號度假村，前台吳佳科小美女熱情的接待讓我對三亞頓生好感。
本應下午入住，考慮遊玩不方便準備先寄放行李，小吳看我帶着80多歲的長者，積極主動聯繫客房提前辦理了入住，併為我們介紹三亞旅遊景點和旅遊建議，出入酒店前台的小吳和帥哥都會熱情的詢問遊覽情況並提醒注意事項。
中午遊覽回來餐廳已閉餐，但餐廳經理毫不猶豫的聯繫後廚為我們提供了可口的餐食，用餐期間有三名人員始終提供服務。
離開酒店趕高鐵時間較緊，前台小美女始終關注我們行程，詢問是否順利達到高鐵站，有人惦記的感覺真好。
酒店的環境、設施及悉心服務真心滿意，遠超過預期。
第一次來三亞、第一個住宿酒店、第一次遊玩、第一頓餐食都因99號度假村的美女、帥哥讓我們心情愉悦。
從來三亞到離開三亞，始終有吳佳科小美女的問候和牽掛，時間雖短暫，但印象深刻。
因為一個人、因為一個酒店，對一個城市有了依戀的感覺。
今後，自己或朋友家人來三亞，99號度假村必須是不二選擇。

趁着假期來亞龍灣玩一玩，篩選了一些酒店最後選擇了99號，23年開業的度假村型新酒店，位置不錯去附近景點都近，旁邊就是森林公園，出行打車方便，房間有自帶小陽台，整體比較清靜，價格方面有性價比，入住還送了歡迎水果，值得一説的是前台陳小慧服務很好👍👍，服務到位，下次來玩還選99號酒店
