老闆服務態度非常差，扳着個臉，好像欠他錢似的，原打算在三亞多待幾天，看他那張臉，也不想在他家住了，又需要再找酒店，就提前離開三亞了，再則，公寓環境不好，高層住宅，上下樓的人比較多，並且腦血栓病人在此住宿的人也挺多的，上下樓看着他們心情也不會太好，晚上海悦廣場唱歌跳廣場舞的吵雜聲持續很晚，影響休息，衞生條件一般，屬於個人家開的旅館似的，淋浴器到處漏水，價格按周邊同等房間也比較高，實話實説，僅供參考，希望老闆為了自家生意，改變一下服務態度，老年人來了也是你的客人，説話客氣點，面部表情不用太僵硬了吧？如果不希望老年人入住，你可以標註一下。

地理位置很方便，往前過一條馬路就是海灘。小區周邊都是飯店，很方便就解決吃飯問題。房間乾淨，服務態度很好，以後還會選擇！

帶着孩子，兩個人，在這住了三天兩晚，不得不説是真的方便，距海邊走路五分鐘左右就到，旁邊有葯店，小吃，還有大型超市。房間配備空調，熱水器，吹風機，洗衣機，晾衣架……洗衣機簡直太香了，從海邊回來衣服褲子全濕了，用洗衣機洗過晾一下午就幹了。我看還有鍋碗瓢盆，應該還可以做飯吧。旁邊有海月廣場公交站，交通十分便利，去南山景區、千古情、西島、亞龍灣、機場等等都很方便。房東沒要按金，走了關上門即可，很方便。

海景房，陽台可以看海景有飛船，去附近旅遊地也可以回來住，海上觀音，天涯海角，到了晚上下樓就去椰子長廊，泡海水睡沙灘爽歪歪渴了喝椰子。

房間有很大的味道，老闆説是消毒水，但都開窗開一天了，晚上睡覺還是味道很重！！！鼻子很不舒服那種！！！兩間房，有小孩特意定了雙人床，結果兩個床不同型號拼一起很大一個縫！床尾也有一個大縫！！！性價比不高！！和在亞龍灣住的金棕櫚一個價，但完全不能比！！！！！！！！不會再住這裏的！
