Very nice hotel and ideally also with children. Entry to the thermal bath was included on the day of arrival and departure. Excellent!

Quality of this hotel well exceeded our expectation. The room is very spacious with good amenities and beautiful views from the balcony. Food served at the breakfast is great and we enjoyed dining at the outdoor terrace with fresh air and fantastic view. The hotel is located in the center of the village with restaurants and shops within a short walk. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot and it is as big as a small indoor swimming pool. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We had the chance to meet and talk to the new owner who has made lots of efforts to make it an upscale property while still charge very reasonable rates. We are lucky to have chosen this hotel for our short stay in the village during this summer and will definitely stay here again for a ski holiday next time.

(+) Campanile is a perfect mid-range option, if you want to stay in the central part of Martigny. You will like the bed, if soft matress and soft pillow is what you prefer. There is a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast is 15CHF but you get various options: omelette, bacon, sausages, cereals, yogurt, fruits, cheese, salami, fresh pastry, coffee, fresh orange juice. We went to the mountains and every day we could get hot water in our thermos. The personnel is friendly and helpful but not all speak English. Parking is on the back side of the hotel and free of charge. AC is well placed and does not blow into the face, as you can see in other hotels. The hotel has a couple of chilling areas, where you can read or drink a beer. It has good sound proofing windows and totally dark curtains. If you wish to drink a beer or wine, Sunset bar is just downstairs. There is also a restaurant specialized on beef on the ground floor. A few nice restaurants are in the walking distance (10-15 min). (-) Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room. The view is not so nice. We stayed in room 205 and had a window to parking.

The hotel is at the thermal center. It is thus far away of every big city especially by public transport as I have to take the infrequent bus. Room I was disappointed for an expensive hotel it was very small. There is no more place in the fridge because of all what they want to sell to drink or eat. The thermal center is good, the food is good and the hotel interior is beautiful. Overall it is overpriced even at the lowest price I think it wasn't worth it and I am a big fan of thermal station. The price fluctuate a lot try to get it on the cheap.

Very disappointed I had read good comments on the hotel and thought it would be in! At the end everything is super cheap. The déco wants stylish but the quality really leaves to desire. Everything is very bad finished. The room was not dressed but a grilling was thought to be in prison. When booking you can choose your earlier but this is not 100% guaranteed, at last nothing, a very hard synthetic earlier. The hotel is very good, but it is not very good for chf 169/nuit with breakfast, it is cheap for what it is.

The European self-driving route through the Swiss Alps was blocked by heavy snow. When we were helpless and in need of help, Mr. Anmir passed by. He helped us to contact the police for help. It also helped us to remove the snow under the wheels and let us back up. Going down the mountain and helping us communicate to buy the snow chains also help us to check out the route that we can go to Rome tomorrow. Since the Swiss weekend is closed, the door can only be solved tomorrow, so he drove us down to the bar he opened. The inn, I feel that it is really great after coming in. It is clean and warmer than any of the five-star hotels we stay in. The people here are very popular. The people in the town are drinking beer and singing songs watching everyone in the game. The face is full of laughter, grateful for this encounter, let us experience the best trip of this trip to Europe.      Founded in 1910, the Amer's Bar Inn has a centuries-old history at the foot of the Matterhorn in Switzerland's three most famous ski paradise. It is just a train station in front of the hotel. It is easily accessible to skiers and local towns. The residents are constantly coming to eat, stay, drink and watch the game. It is seen from Mr. Anmir that his ancestors not only passed on the pub, but also gave him a warm and helpful attitude, and a great service concept. . A Swiss inn can make the service to the extreme, and it can also prove that the Swiss hotel service is a fine detail, which makes people warm and comfortable. I wish their inn and bar will always be booming and continue to be passed down for centuries and millennium.         The Anmirs are paying homage, thank you for your help in Switzerland, like the mascots you have sent and the red wine, and hope that you will like the Chinese tea and beef sauce we sent. Room was spacious, with a nice view on the mountains, the train station nearby was not giving too much noise. Very comfortable bed. We enjoyed chicken burger in the evening and breakfast with fruits, home made jams, good bread and eggs. It's fantastic that handicap people get opportunity here to integrate. Staff was very helpful and friendly with kids. We would chose again Boutique Hotel for our stay in Martigny.

We booked this suite direct after contacting the hotel asking for room rates & availability. They suggested the suite would suit our family group (myself, partner & 2 girls in their 20s). They were right. The suite had a large room with king size bed, sofa / lounge area with TV & balcony with a fabulous view of the mountains. Another large room with 2 single beds & TV was great for the girls & we shared a well appointed bathroom with bath & shower. We were together but had plenty of space. Everything was tastefully decorated & super comfortable. We opted for breakfast at the reduced ‘book ahead’ rate which was good value, but would have been perfect with a hot option of bacon and / or sausage. The hotel is very conveniently located opposite the cog railway to the ski slopes. It had a good heated ski / boot room & free parking right outside the hotel. Staff are friendly & attentive. We booked reduced rate tickets to the Villars Spa which was lovely & a short walk away. The hotel provided towels. We enjoyed a meal in the hotel on one evening which was lovely & reasonable value with the included side dishes. Hotel & restaurant highly recommended & would definitely book again.
