Had a wonderful Mid Autumn Festival trip to Ahn Luh Zhujiajiao, we spent most of our time in the hotel, it is so peaceful, the service is impeccable, everyone is sincere and went out of their way for us. Especially Alisa our butler, she followed up on us throughout our stay, and even on her day off to make sure we were happy. Joann from housekeeping was also great, as she made sure we had everything we need in our room. Love the sweet soup they served at 5 pm everyday 😀Definitely will come back, because of this experience will visit the other 3 Ahn Luh Resorts in China

Really comfortable stay. Room was clean and well equipped (added perk of a bathtub :) ). It had a small balcony with a nice view. Breakfast had a huge spread of Chinese and Western options and was awesome. A special word of praise for the maintenance staff who helped with retrieving a charging wire (which I'd dropped behind the TV unit). Overall, great experience. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel looks very grand - it could do with a few minor repairs and a bit of a clean in places (mainly carpets) but it was lovely to look around and very spacious. We came in winter, so the pool was closed but there was no notice if this when we booked - it should have been mentioned, to save my daughter’s disappointment. The beds were very clean and comfortable, the towels were clean and we got a plate of fruit each day. The room carpets would benefit from a proper clean. The food in the restaurant was lovely and there was a great choice of food at breakfast. The Kid’s Zone was fun but needed a good clean too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and overall, we had a lovely time.

This is the second time I have stayed at this Nihao Hotel, mainly because of its good location, which is very convenient for taking photos and visiting Zhujiajiao Ancient Town. The hotel facilities are average. The receptionist we met this time had a very good attitude and would patiently answer any questions we had. The breakfast is average, so you'll definitely be satisfied if you're full. There's a freshly cooked noodle stall, which is pretty good. This little gem is in the middle of the ancient town of Zhujiajiao maybe 1 minute from the most picturesque tourist area. Yet somehow it is tucked away in an area that's not too crowded. My friend and I came with our dogs for a working getaway and had an amazing and relaxing time. The people running the inn are lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was filling. Everything felt clean and homey. They also recommended a nice nearby restaurant to us that gave us a small discount. Zhujiajiao is small and cute, enough for a bit of exploring and a lot of relaxing at the hotel. Overall really enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back.

It was a great pleasure to have friends come from far away. It was a super beautiful trip with my best friend. I chose to stay in Xiaoxiwu. The room was clean and tidy, the space was large, the decoration looked very comfortable, and the facilities were all available, especially in the front.
