Classic styled hotel with good location, not very far from metro and shopping mall. Room is a little old but very clean, breakfast is so so. Overall, its pleasant stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to the Bao’an hotel. Cherry was especially helpful when checking out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone from the west as it looks much better than the pictures and the location is absolutely ideal.

Clean and decent hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast had a good spread of Chinese and western food. Location was in a quiet neighbourhood with great choices of restaurants and coffee shops around. There’s a century mall at a walking distance for shopping.

I was making a normal phone call in the hotel. The hotel said that my neighbor complained that my voice was too loud. I really wasn't yelling, I was just making a normal call on WeChat. I feel like the hotel's soundproofing isn't very good because I am just talking on the phone with my family. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

Very comfortable and well appointed hotel. Excellent customer service. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro. Showing signs of age but still a very good hotel.

It was very good. Room was clean and the service was good. The front desk can also speak English. It's close by the Century Ave metro convenient to travel around Shanghai. 10/10 would recommend

Due to quadrple subway station, it provides amazing conveniency of public transportation. Breakfast area construction was completed. Provide soft and healthy breakfast to western/foregin and Chinese guests.

The bed and Wi-Fi speed were comfortable. The toilet lever and shower outlet switch were a little broken.
