There were blood drops on the bed sheet and quilt in the room. I didn’t answer my phone call last night. I had to put disposable bath towels and clothes under it. It was very hygienic. I felt that the stay was not worth the price. I hope this will be taken seriously.

不提供牙刷和梳子，還得找前台要，早飯很簡單普通，沒啥好吃的，然後房間內的燈光真的很暗，很暗不太看得清楚，化粧什麼的都不清楚，還有房間的那個地面很滑很滑，我有兩次都是差點要滑倒的帶小孩子要注意了

在攜程上訂的兩間兩晚，酒店訂完之後聯繫了酒店，説是就是問能不能換成一個大床房。是一個女的接的電話，她説可以換的，但是要補差價，讓我把直接把整個房間的錢微信轉給他，讓我把訂單取消。但是訂單上顯示不能取消，後來我沒同意，她態度就很差，語氣也很不耐煩。到了酒店之後，辦完入住之後，我們當天就覺得那邊太偏了，就想換一下別的酒店住，我就去前台詢問了一下，能不能給我退一天的，因為攜程上顯示是沒有就是不可以退的，所以我就去前台諮詢了。前台有一個男士告訴我説可以的，跟他溝通過之後，我才訂了第二天晚上的別的酒店。到了第二天就是退房時間已經過了之後，我就聯繫了酒店，我説怎麼還沒有退？然後那個之前聯繫的那個女的説，就是之前打電話態度很差的那個女的接的電話，説是讓我聯繫攜程，然後申請退款要轉人工。然後我跟他説，我説那等會兒攜程會聯繫你們，會讓你們確定我們有沒有入住這個事情。他同意了，説好的。後來等到我打了攜程電話的時候，客服攜程的客服給他打電話，他就説。他就説是我沒有去跟他們協商過，直接**，拒絕退款、就沒見過還有這麼明着耍**的.

房間很寬敞明亮，有落地式浴缸，淋浴間和衞生間乾濕分離，設施齊全而且空調也很給力，電視投屏很方便，躺着刷劇，很舒服。用用預售劵訂的，199還包雙早，非常非常合算。下次還去哦。

再次預訂這個酒店，因為上次的體驗比較滿意還推薦給同事了。但是這次第一天因為酒店接了旅行團服務，晚上11點多洗澡的時候基本沒有熱水，差點冷感冒了，第二天給前台反映進行處理後就有熱水了。但是淋浴的花灑頭漏水比較厲害，希望注意檢修。早餐第一天也是因為接待團餐，8點10分過去基本都沒有吃的了，而且早餐基本都不熱了，生氣！第二天差不多9點去的還有比較多的選擇，早餐也還是熱的。總體來説還是希望能提供團隊接待能力，不然顧客體驗感大打折扣！

房間還是蠻大的，比較滿意，也很乾凈，看得出來裝修沒幾年，窗簾也是電動的。但是隔音很一般，臨街的房間比較吵，旁邊道路車流的聲音很明顯，睡眠淺和比較敏感的人不要住臨街的房間。
