Very good location. Room cleaning lady service is very good, who go beyond usual duties to support the guest request (eg. Box to pack excess luggage etc) .Front desk service could be improved further (similar attitude as the room cleaning team, to take the extra steps). Hotel should increase the number of washing machine and dryer.

It is very cozy and clean. Really good location!!
And we enjoyed the small area with the big window.

very convenient location to yuyuan, downtown, bund and metro. staff are well trained and empowered to accede to guests’ requests. highly recommended

Good location for first time visit to Shanghai. Hotel staff are very friendly, though they don't speak English. Walking distance to Yu Yuan and The Bund. You can take a tourist bus to tour around the old and new Shanghai. Nice eatery nearby.

The hotel was in a very good location near popular sites like Yu Yuan as well as other places. Very clean room and the hotel staff were all very helpful too. Definitely a good stay here.

It’s located only a few minutes away from Yuyuan metro station, so it’s very convenient if you want to take the metro to visit Shanghai. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. I am a solo female traveller and I had no issues. Definitely recommend
