一個奇葩的酒店，我沒有打最低分，完全是因為在我們孩子感染新冠發燒後，給了我們無私協助的幾位房務部姐姐，至少兩位姐姐，不僅提供了礦泉水裝冰塊，提供附近醫院訊息，還有通馬桶。 好了，説説這家奇葩的酒店 1，4月30號晚間入住時，給了很奇葩的房型，房間有點情趣，另外感覺像綠皮火車卧鋪車廂，哪裡想到這衹是奇葩的開始 2，我原以為酒店是華住旗下酒店，所以理所當然認為會至少給一份早餐，我再談心送一份就O了，畢竟一晚上的價格已經是380+，沒想到酒店和華住沒半毛錢關係，聯繫前台告訴我無權限送早需等經理上班後，9點上班後仍然一開始拒絕，最後很勉強的送了我兩份早餐，然後告訴我希望我不要聲張，我不要當他人面來索要權益，不好意思，我家裡LD就是從事高端餐飲的，也是服務行業，你説的道理我懂，我溝通時聲音已經壓的不能外低了； 3，酒店好不容易“賞”我們的第二天的雙早，當我們9點06分到前台時，早餐已結束，請問那家酒店，還是法定節假日期間，會將早餐結束時間設到9點，最早也應該9點半吧？ 4，無論第一天的異形房，還有第二天的正常房，房間智能中控系統都很難使用，燈光和窗簾的實際操作和麪板指示不符。 視頻是酒店的門頭，被大風吹成了大風車！

Booked hotel for going to zoo. Location is quite close to the zoo. Hotel locates in a community mall, from 5th floor onwards. There is a shuttle service departs at 9.30 am. Pick up service from zoo to hotel at 5.00 pm. Check-in was fast, receptionists were friendly. Room could be cleaner, particularly in corners. Carpet floor helps to absorb the noise but not from the constructed road, nevertheless it was ok. Room has no fridge, but nearby there are few convenience shops. Our room was a bit smelly, which cause by the open toilet. The floor it self is sticky cause some guests smoked in front of the elevator. Negative point was to found out that there is no kids playground anymore. Very disappointed, as it has been advised in trip. Breakfast was ok, Chinese food. No bread and proper coffee. Just for a stay, overnight is ok. Surroundings are fine to dine out. Check Out was fast without any complication. Ah, no gifts for our kid as all other reviewers mentioned.

Best hotel for families. Worry free transportation to haicang ocean park, Disneyland, the wild animal park (zoo) and the airport. They also provide free buffet supper spread for when you come back late from those attractions. There is a family suite that has very cute designs, bunk bed and toys that your children will definitely enjoy. This is not forgetting their free laundry service (excluding socks and undergarments) that is super fast and efficient able delivered back to your room within a day if sent in the morning. The staff are also very kind and friendly. Having said that, no hotel is perfect, so is this one. The only drawback is that it is rather far from the city center (takes about 1 and half hour by train). Overall, Absolutely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed and I definitely recommend it to families with young children

1) I was not impressed by the breakfast. What they call breakfast is not even near what other hotels provide. They put paper bags on door handles with the following as breakfast: - a pint of fresh milk - an apple - a bun - a slice of bread I think they should provide a real breakfast. So I can say I didn't enjoy food. 2) They don't provide iron for straghtening clothes. 3) The front desk staff was friendly. 4) The room and the bathroom were clean.
