Very good customer service! The location is a little remote but I expected it looking at the map. The room we stayed was good but had no window to outside which made it a little claustrophobic. Breakfast and restaurant on site were really good! Only real thing that was disappointing is having to pay for parking and the entrance from the parking area to the foyer that has a flight of stairs and a very heavy door that doesn’t stay open, which is not very convenient for suitcases, baby prams and disable people.

Don't share all these amazing reviews provided here. Dated and run down. Looks glam when you walk in but corridors, rooms and facilities are much less glam. Staff not exactly attentive, they looked rather gloomy or exhausted. The swimming pool facilities are partly falling apart which is a shame, just not maintained or looked after well enough over the years. Loved the massive rooms though. Great location and easy access to the metro and railway station.

I stayed only for one night but it was very wonderful and unforgettable experience. Location is perfect and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around and also a park! Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Quiet peaceful hotel environment, suits a minimalist like me and with high tech. Room services were carried out by robots. Hotel decoration combines Japanese Chinese and a lot of western elements, ancient but modern taste providing a luxury feeling when living in. Definitely my favourite.

Booked this hotel as I was awaiting an operation in the Jiahui hospital next day. I was on a wheelchair with a broken ankle, and the hotel staff were very understanding. They gave us a room that was wheelchair accessible, even offered to push the chair to the room. Room itself was very clean with very comfortable beds, But what I loved most was the smart toilet and shower. All in all, a decent budget hotel to stay in with helpful, friendly staff.

I was on a buisness trip and choosed the location to be close to Hongqiao. It is a remote area and good location. The persons on the front desk don't speak english but with the translation program no problem. They are very helpful if you need something. Breakfast was as well good. I will come back again.

I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
