Staying here was pretty good, nothing special. I only chose to stay here due to the Reggio Emilia Conference. I loved the breakfast. For me that was the best feature of my stay. My room was adequate, always clean and comfortable. The bed was.comfortable, too. I only have two complaints. The bathtub didn't keep the water in and the heater's him was too loud. I couldn't sleep properly so I was left feeling tired after waking up. Other than that, the hotel was fine. It was a great location for the conference, though.

I came to check in unexpectedly, and recommended many channels and prices for me to choose according to my needs. I asked thoughtfully about the distance to the elevator. Because I arrived early, there was no big bed, and the twin beds with river view were arranged to be great! The breakfast is also good, rich in variety, and the fried dishes are delicious.

Check-in went smoothly. The room was neatly decorated and comfortable. The lights were voice-activated and there was a large screen on the wall. Small robots were used to deliver welcome fruits and express delivery. They were full of technology and fashion. The children loved it. The breakfast restaurant is small but beautiful. To be honest, there is a gap between it and high-end four-star and five-star hotels, but it has everything it needs. There are four kinds of fruits, which can basically meet the needs. The service was enthusiastic and the child was not feeling well. He took the child's temperature and gave him a small gift before leaving. We have played Disney before, and we feel that in terms of hardware, Crystal Orange is no worse than Toy Story. The location is also good, just outside the subway station and surrounded by business districts, very convenient. The child recovered well when we left, and the hotel even gave us a small gift!

I was there for a very shorth time, checked-in at late evening & checked-out early morning. So did not have food or breakfast there. However, the service at reception was really good. I took my child to a nearby hospital for trea**ent and needed two days of intravenous drip. I stayed here for one night to avoid running back and forth. I received intravenous drips twice a day. I went back to the hotel to rest during the six-hour waiting period during the day, so I was not too tired. The front desk lady provided good service and helped with late check-out. It is across from the Paris Spring shopping mall, which is convenient for eating.
