The best thing about this hotel were the friendly staff- made such a good change to the usual service level in China. From the parking attendant to the server at breakfast, they were all so nice. Yes, it probably needs some updating (bathrooms) but the room was comfy and clean and the price was really good for what we got. Breakfast had a lot of choice. We will probably stay here next time we are in Shanghai.

The check in was okay,i was surprised when during checkin they asked for more deposit,so despite paying online and during checkin,there is an additional deposit they ask for at the hotel.,the night manager lady(sorry forgot her name) made the check in easier.The family room was pleasant,they had kids provisions including a towel and toiletries,also some play thing.,that was a nice touch.Tries the in room menu and kids menu was okay ,however the rest of menu is trully not worth it!Better go out or order outside.The breakfast was great,lots of options to choose from (no servers to assist with anything though).The pool was awesome ,we enjoyed the facilities ,it is especially clean with the CLEANEST changing rooms and overall facilities in there.,the guys at the pool are great ,helpful and generally helpful.(5stars for the pool department).There are lots of stores just across the road incase you need anything.Check out was smooth and fast.Would recommend this hotel 100%.The distance from hongqiao though,is quite far,worse during rush hours.

The hotel is beautiful, great location , everything you need is within 3km, some walking distance (subway station, restaurants, coffee shops and convenience store) hotel stuff was very welcoming. It very clean and smells good. Really enjoyed the breakfast, was hoping that the swimming pool would be open unfortunately it seasonal cause it outside and it in winter. Will definitely book again we really enjoyed our stay 😊

Experience at Park View Hotel is always very good!! When I come to Shanghai I stay there…it’s close to metro station and at the same time in the park so you don’t feel the rush of the big city.. and especially I want to say many thanks to Eve, who is always very professional with me and makes sure each of my stay is always very warm. It's very good. Although there is no bathtub, the service is very considerate. There are enough mineral water pipes. The breakfast is very good. I stayed for two days and the breakfast is different every day. I forgot to bring makeup remover. There is no problem at all. There are makeup remover towels and cleansing towels at the front desk. The bed is also Comfortable! Across the main road is the Hilton, which is convenient for meetings. Across the small road is the Lao Won Stew Shop, which sells a small portion for a large bowl for 10 yuan. It's a two-minute ride from the subway entrance and a five-minute ride from the Shanghai Bodong Hall. It's nice.

It was a great hotel. There's always clean. Guys on reception were nice to me. I'm foreigner who don't know Chinese language so I was really worried about how I would explain in what I need. If you want to eat something after 9 p.m., buy ahead or ask for shipping, there is a nearby store where you can buy cookies and soft drinks.

I give this store 5 stars. I went to Shanghai on a business trip. The hotel was very considerate. There was a free shuttle bus to the exhibition🚌. The breakfast was also good. It deserves to be a five-star hotel. The room was clean and the service was very good. It was raining heavily when I checked out. The hotel provides free umbrellas for every guest☔️, which is really considerate. The key is that there is no need to go through any formalities and it is very convenient.

Fantastic! Locate right across the road to the exhibition center, subway entrance in right next to the lobby entrance. Across the road many eateries and night outing too. The family room's bathroom has no privacy.. travel with kids is fine but if u travel with siblings then.... 7th floor consist of all the facilities, superb. Cold and fire room, warm water pool, indoor swimming pool, good gym facilities.. just that the center area is under renovation closed for guest.

I was the best hotel for my family including my baby. I stayed at the family special room for 3 nights that includes free indoor playground and Kerry club membership during the stay which you can enjoy snack throuout the day and small dinner buffet with complimentary alcohol beverages. They also offered good breakfast spread which was not the best but enjoyable. Indoor playground was spacious and contains many types of long slides that my little one rided more than 10 times. Overall they are the best hotel in Shanghai with good location, nice view. This is especially good if you have a plan with your children.

Every time I come to Shanghai, I live in Youyou Hotel, and this time the family chose an apartment. The room is not too big, but it is compact and well-equipped. There are simple kitchen equipment to make coffee, hot breakfast and so on. The service was very good. It was too hot in Shanghai. We hid in the room and didn't go out. The staff who cleaned the room warmly called and asked when it was convenient to clean. Because there is a sink in the open kitchen, there is a smell of the floor drain, so I told her and helped us deal with it. The disadvantage is that the apartment is a bit old, the facilities are outdated, there are few power plugs, and the floor drain smells bad.

Really great hotel! Before I came, I called and asked if I wanted nucleic acid. I told me with a super good attitude. I did my best when I checked in. The price is really a bargain in Lujiazui~ I don't love it. The room is relatively small but very cozy. There is Xiaodu on the bedside table. My boyfriend and I have been calling Xiaodu Xiaodu hahahahaha, we are in a hurry because I accompany my boyfriend to see the waist and didn't take many photos. Overall, I’m very satisfied and I like it! ! There are also many takeaways around, very convenient. The attitude of the front desk is also 100 minutes. For traffic, there is a subway station within seven or eight minutes on foot, nice!
