Bringing children to Chaoshan for the first time, we stayed in this hotel on the fourth day of the ***** New Year🏨 for two nights. The hotel is in a very good location and very clean. More importantly, the hotel lady is very warm and friendly. Seeing that we are two adults and two children, she helped us apply for a free room upgrade within her ability and authority. Thank you very much. I left my phone in the room before leaving. She contacted me as soon as possible and helped me patiently and enthusiastically. I was really touched! The facade is very beautiful and grand, and the location is very convenient. There is a small park within a few minutes' walk. The hotel has its own parking lot, but it is relatively small and the location is limited. The disadvantage is that the windows are useless and the room design is a bit unreasonable. The bathroom is large but the bed area is 28 inches wide. The box is a bit reluctant, but it is very clean and very cost-effective for the price.

The hotel overall is new, clean, and conveniently located. The service provided is beyond expectation. In particular, Nicole offers excellent service to help us arrange local transportation. However, if the room ventilation air blow direction could be adjusted to prevent cool dry being blown to my face all night long, I would consider this hotel the best of this price could offer.

marvelous! ! Simply beyond imagination 👍🏻 I was traveling with my children this time because I was worried about the lack of cleanliness and noise. I visited several places and I went there with the intention of giving it a try. The result is really beyond expectation🙀🙀 The environment is OK, super clean and comfortable. There is a hot water kettle that can adjust the temperature in the parent-child room. It is very friendly for those with babies. There are also tatami mats with bunk beds. The children like it very much. I will still choose this hotel next time I come to Shantou.

We stayed in a duplex twin room. A small room on the upper floor has a 1.8 rice bed like the bed downstairs. The hotel is located in the old town of Shantou. It is the small garden old street. There is also a rice noodle shop downstairs. Beef, shrimp and egg rice noodle are very delicious and the price is very cheap. The hotel is simply too convenient to travel, you can walk to the pier ⛵️ by cruise. 9 kilometers to the train station. I really like this homestay. We decisively renewed the reservation for a day. 🌹🌹🌹

Walking distance 5 - 10 mins walk to food street ( short street) and small park area where there are more choices. My fav was the small shop on the main t Rd after food street entrance (so it's not on food street), after the Rd side hawkers, after luckin..... Their porridge was good and their raw marinated oysters, prawns too. The pork leg rice right at entrance of food street also good with oyster soup. Hotel room was clean with xiao Du playing music, closing curtains n lights on voice command. Washing machine on roof was convenient with area for drying.

The hotel's location, room decoration and hygiene are good, and it's cost-effective. The front desk is friendly and responds quickly. I highly recommend it.

The young girl with specs at the reception was friendly. She extended our checkout to 2pm. Overall this is a decent hotel that is near to many food options and spots we wanted to visit. Laundry room at level 6 is great for summer travel.
