服務態度好👍👍👍讓我感覺非常温馨，房間隔音好床上用品👍👍👍乾淨，洗漱用品比較全，最最重要的是無煙區👍👍👍人性化的也有部分區域能抽煙，房間有多功能燈蠻好的，早餐自己化20元人民幣能吃上一餐美味又營養中西餐，下次去紹興玩曼居酒店是我的首選，祝曼居酒店越辦越好，生意興隆財源廣進。

1、馬桶坐便器蓋板有膠粘物；2衞生間下水管道漏水；3、防盜鎖鏈斷裂；4、衞生間和隔斷和房間居然是通透的，拉屎不尷尬嗎，拉屎不搞的滿屋子臭氣臭氣，大大的無語

感覺一般，裝修還是比較老了，裏面的東西顯得土氣。然後前台服務一般，效率低，提供的茶水都是過期臭的，感覺對不起開元這個品牌。

酒店網上圖片完全一致，被子和毛巾挺乾淨的。有潔癖的我都挑不出毛病，訂的大床房，前台説房間比較空，免費給我們升級了家庭房，房間很大真寬敞。大廳進來放了很多綠植，給人的感覺很舒服。酒店服務不錯，孩子的衣服落酒店了，還幫忙快遞回去來。
物美價廉，很值得入住的
