The hotel is located very near to the Textile City Metro Station. A lot of food options are situated nearby. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and was quite good. The staff is very friendly. We were there during raining season and it was possible to borrow an umbrella with the room number

First they said foreigner cannot check in without Chinese phone number, later after confirming with police station it took them 30 min for check in. Room are road side, to much noise of traffic. And there is also leakage in room, water was dripping whole night

出來旅遊，連住幾家酒店，感覺性價比最高的就是這家柏納酒店（柯橋銀泰柯橋古鎮店）。
酒店位置好，鬧中取靜，交通便利，離地鐵站700米，打車去柯橋古鎮、萬達廣場等都不遠。酒店裝修時尚高檔，大堂雖不大但佈置精細前衞，讓人感覺很舒適，電梯口放置幾排礦泉水供來賓自由取用。房間有電子智能服務，馬桶有沖洗功能更罕見。早餐豐富多樣，食品精緻，餐廳幹浄寬暢舒適。特別要表揚的是前台幾位服務員熱情周到的服務。我們19日到酒店時是中午12點，本以為等到2點後才能入住，沒想到當時就為我們辦理了入住手續，並熱情介紹酒店各種服務設施。今天是520，還給住客送來月季花，藉此機會，謹向月月等服務人員表示感謝！下次來紹興，一定再入住貴酒店。
