室內設施基本和平台上圖片一致，洗衣機、24h熱水，該有的都有。地段無敵，處於瀋河區黃金地段，緊鄰瑞士酒店、彩電塔、萬象城，樓下就是彩電塔夜市。最便宜的房型看不到彩電塔，但也有大窗户。我訂的這個是240，淡季會便宜很多。
酒店是夫妻兩人運營。登記需要聯繫老闆下來接人，打掃需要微信上和老闆講。好在老闆非常熱情、貼心，住兩天沒遇到任何問題。很不錯，下回有機會來瀋陽還是住這家。

房間非常乾淨，老闆人很好給提前辦理了入住！而且屋內還有投影，觀影效果非常好！樓下就是夜市，有很多好吃的，另外酒店離地鐵站也很近。去哪都很方便

位置很好，窗外可以看見電視塔，樓下就是夜市，出門就能吃吃吃，距離地鐵站很近，拐個彎就到了，老闆人超好，新年入住還送了水果，非常適合來瀋陽玩的朋友！沖沖沖！衞生也真的很不錯😀
（出門口的雞架很好吃！！！戀愛可以不談，雞架必須吃！！！）

老闆人非常不錯，怕我找不到路還在樓下等我，帶我們去找停車位。去瀋陽市區景點不建議自駕，很難找停車位。上樓有電梯卡扣，外人上不來，很有安全感。
