公寓地點就在大悦城樓上，樓下是地鐵站，出行、逛街購物、餐飲都非常方便，客房服務的大姐人也很好，及時清理垃圾，牙具、衞生紙、拖鞋也常換新，即使出門前忘説了，用微信告訴大姐也能照辦。下次有機會還可以選擇這裏，但不建議自駕來，地處商業街，停車費點兒事。

房間很大，房東大姐很熱情，很敞亮！工作人員很隨和，位置處於瀋陽的中心地段，交通便利，樓下就是1號地鐵口，往西走就是中街。雖然房間設施陳舊了些，但價位超划算，主要是房間真的大啊！我家是三口人住的很寬敞，這麼大的房間，這樣的價格，還要什麼自行車啊？對吧？

姐人特別好，因為列車停運要在瀋陽再待一天，定了姐這裏的民宿，因為下雨想早點把行李放過去，問了姐姐説可以，十點左右過去的時候就把衞生都打掃好了，真的很感謝姐！！！！

環境：距離中街，大悦城都非常近，出行，購物，吃喝玩樂都方便，公寓對面有地下停車場，非常便宜方便。

店家大姐態度老熱情了，入住前寄聯繫選房，提前打掃好了。拿電梯卡和自助辦理入住很方便，有問題可以直接聯繫店家解決，快速響應。樓下左轉就是地鐵站D口，旁邊還有KFC和羅森，特別方便。由於是大悦城商圈，買東西很方便。而且打車也相當方便。再來瀋陽時，還會選擇這裏。要是房間裏有冰箱的話就更好了。住的時候忘記拍照了，衹有借用商家的了。

性價比還是挺高的，位於東中街地鐵口樓上，交通十分便利。屋內傢俱不算新，很全面。洗衣機，冰箱，電磁爐，油煙機都配備上了。和星級連鎖酒店比，服務員也許沒有配那麼齊全，但是從入住按需上門服務已經足夠。如果對於入住環境有較高標準的人士不推薦，還是適合去五星級以上酒店。但是對於略高價位的連鎖酒店比，特別是那種無窗房過道房臨牆房，這家還是值得推薦的，實打實的物美價廉。
