I stayed here several times before the epidemic, so when I traveled after the epidemic, I immediately thought of this hotel in order to catch an early flight and check in. However, the overall check-in experience this time has declined. It seems that the front desk has been replaced by a younger one, but I feel like I don't have the same enthusiasm as the older lady who received me in the past, and the room facilities are starting to show signs of age, but overall it's fine. This time, I was more disappointed. Instead, I took the 4:50am shuttle bus to the airport. The two hotels shared a minibus. After departure, I had to drive to another hotel to pick up people, but three guests from the other hotel were late. For minutes, everyone in the bus was forced to wait in the carriage. Finally, they got off the bus at about 5:10am and ”slowly” got on the bus. The minibus was completely overloaded, with 3 or 4 passengers having to stand and drive to the airport. Finally, about 5:00 We arrived at the airport at 20am, which took nearly twice as long as the expected 15-minute drive. Fortunately, we were able to catch the flight without missing the flight. However, we had issues with the shuttle bus being overloaded (can we arrange a bus with more seats?) and the late arrival of guests (whether Are you obligated to wait until they come down? ), I think the hotel should have a clearer approach. Punctuality is always the most important thing for all guests who have a flight.

The location is very good. It is just 400 meters away from Gushu Metro Station and just 4-5 minutes walking distance. The room is very nice with a small sofa that I can use to relax. The room is very clean and the bed feels comfortable. In general, it is a value for money stay.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant, though my booking was for a room with a city view, I was given one with a view of the hotel corridors. The shuttle bus driver was very friendly and tried to communicate with me regardless of the language barrier. I had a connecting flight that night, so I only spent a few hours in the hotel. The location is convenient.

The room facilities are good, but the air conditioner is noisy and needs repair. There is a free airport pick-up and drop-off service, as well as free breakfast. It is a 15-minute drive from Shenzhen Airport. The snail noodles opposite the hotel are terrible.

The hotel is ok, the location is very good, there are many delicious food downstairs, it is more convenient, the comfort of the whole room is quite high, the service attitude of the service staff is very good, warm, and the sense of service is worthy of praise. The decoration of the hotel is also very good. The aunt who came to clean me is also very enthusiastic. The room is also very cost-effective. The toiletries are complete, the smell of shower gel is also very good, and the fragrance on the floor is also very comfortable. The room will give two bottles of water every day. Very satisfied. We stayed here for a night between flights. It was a great. The facilities were clean and smelled fresh. The rooms were big and a fantastic value for the price. The bed was comfortable and the massage chair, the dimming lights, and the sleep sounds were a nice bonus. The breakfast buffet was adequate and filling and excellent for the price. There is even some gym cardio equipment on the second floor. Overall it was comfortable, relaxing and an exceptional value.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Last time I came with my friend and I felt good. It is close to the airport and has convenient food and transportation. It is definitely the first choice for business trips. I didn’t eat enough at noon and I was a little hungry when I arrived late at night. The front desk said that afternoon tea had been put in the room and you could enjoy it for free, so I just ate a little and it just filled my stomach. Hahaha 😆 The room is very comfortable and the floor-to-ceiling windows are very bright. Like, the ceremony of giving fruits is very cool. You can try it.

I arrived at Shenzhen Airport at four or five in the middle of the night, and the driver of the red car came to pick me up. After arriving at the hotel in the middle of the night, the big brother on duty at the door (maybe an uncle), has a very good attitude and is very kind. When I checked out the next morning, the brother on duty was also very talkative and nice. The room is also very clean, with a large window overlooking Shenzhen Bao'an's car. In general, I came to Shenzhen this time, and I decided that this hotel also has a pick-up service in the middle of the night. It is affordable and I am really satisfied. Good airport hotel. Food is just ok but have more selection than lost airport hotel i have stayed. Plenty of options around the hotel. The hotel area does get loud at night with honking but beyond hotel control. Staff were nice and got issues resolved quickly.
