酒店環境不錯旁邊就是公園，每次回龍崗都住在這家酒店。房間乾淨舒適，大堂副理小房還免費升級了房間推薦入住！服務員很貼心 我的衣服沒地方掛，走的時候隨便掛在門把手，回來一看，哇，給掛床邊有太陽的地方 ，還特意給拿了晾衣桿。真的是太感謝了！帶孩子還給準備了床圍欄。貼心。房卡丟了，小房也耐心給我補卡 特別禮貌。總之，推薦住！還有停車很方便，地面位充足，挺好就進大堂。特別方便！

第一次入住前台小余服務熱情，房間舒適乾淨，房間浴缸有貼心準備一次性浴缸套。工作人員小房還給房間準備了一份水果，推薦入住。

多次入住這家酒店，服務還是一如既往的好。喜歡。在酒店吃完飯去對面公園散步消食，這次入住是大堂副理小房接待的，是個服務熱情很貼心女孩子，房間還準備了水果會推薦朋友入住。

人生第一次住咁差的五星酒店，本身訂咗兩日房，第一日去到櫃檯職員啲態度非常差，上到房係中央暖氣，完全冇冷氣，前台仲叫我開窗會通風，當晚馬上取消房間，訂另外一間酒店，唔知佢嘅五星係點攞的，今次體驗真係好差好差😡，另外房間衛生非常差，啲毛巾有污漬，啲窗好污糟😡
