I never dreamed of such a beautiful building appearance, but the rooms inside are even worse than a budget hotel. 2. The booking platform clearly stated that the room was non-smoking, but there was an ashtray on the coffee table. Obviously it allows people to smoke. This also explains why there are so many cigarette burn marks on the floor. In fact, your room is not non-smoking. You can state it truthfully. There is no need to say it is non-smoking on the booking platform. Now this is cheating. 3. The shower water pressure is very low and not powerful enough at all. 4. When I checked in, I went to the lobby front desk to register. When I said that I had booked "Shenzhen Xirui Executive Apar**ent", the waiter immediately said that this apar**ent required me to call the staff myself, and then gave me the phone number. I was stunned and asked him why he wanted me to make the call myself? He explained that I needed to call the staff at Shenzhen Xirui Executive Apar**ents, and the staff would take the elevator and take the room card down to the front desk to give it to me. I guess this is because of the "special" arrangement of the For One Hotel (the building is also named For One) to sublet to different executive apar**ents. But why can't the lobby front desk be coordinated to handle check-in and room card issuance for all apar**ents, so that guests can have a better experience? In the end, I had no choice but to call and wait in the lobby for about 5 minutes. A young man without uniform, wearing only a casual T-shirt and casual pants, came down from upstairs and gave me the room card. The entire check-in experience was extremely unprofessional and gave people a "****" feeling. 5. I booked "Shenzhen Xirui Executive Apar**ent", but there are different items in the room that show it is "Bontop Minor Executive Apar**ent" (such as the pillow bag photo I uploaded). Which apar**ent did I actually book? Another confusing and unprofessional experience. 6. The B1 floor of this building is connected to the B1 floor of Excellence Intown. After dinner in the evening, when I took my card from the B1 floor of Excellence Intown and entered the building, it showed that my card was abnormal. I guess it's also due to the "****" status of the sub-let apar**ent. As a result, I had to make a large circle to get back to the ground, and then walk a short distance back to the building. 7. No staff informed me about the check-out arrangements. I had to call the "Shenzhen Xirui Executive Apar**ent" again. The staff then said that I could leave the room card in the room or give the room card to the front desk in the lobby. In fact, it is also strange. The front desk in the check-out lobby can collect room cards for you, but not for check-in. In conclusion, although the location is close to several large shopping malls, at this price, you can definitely find some hotels that are several times more cost-effective than this Shenzhen Xirui Executive Apar**ent if you go further. Anyway, taking a taxi is so convenient and cheap now.
