有蟲子，被叮咬得非常嚴重。感覺地毯都是蟲子。我腿上全是被咬的腫包。不是蚊子。我穿長袖睡衣還是被咬。鬼火。衞生太差了

酒店的位置很好找，地鐵站出來步行幾分鐘就到了，訂了標準房型，前台工作人員給升級了，房間舒適衞生，光線也很好，特別贊一下禮賓員小曹，因為有東西需要郵寄給客户，小曹特別熱心的幫我處理好，真的讓我很暖心，推薦入住體驗。

房間很舊，燈光很暗。
枱燈也是很暗，看得出來有點年頭了。
床罩可見大塊明顯污漬，連住兩晚都是一樣，1213房間。
化粧鏡是壞的。也沒有全身鏡，化粧很不方便，估計客服服務員也不會在房間內化粧，所以一直沒發現壞了嗎？
智能馬桶老化嚴重。一晚上都有聲音，還出現沖不下去的情況。
退房前台服務員態度很差。房間內沒有提醒拖鞋不能帶走，同事帶走了被多次提醒不還回來不能退按金，這種一次性拖鞋如果不讓帶走應該標識清楚，而不是一副藐視的態度對客人。
唯一亮點：送了蘋果香蕉+可樂
建議：酒店可安排員工體驗入住，就會發現很多體驗很差的地方，客房經理不要執着於前台，多去客房看看吧！
為什麼連住兩晚不換房？
因為晚上回去已經很晚了不想折騰！！！

前台服務不好，我跟朋友去辦理入住手續，服務員好像查户口一樣問我的朋友是否入住，我説朋友不住，前台服務員還繼續問，讓人心生厭惡，最後我的朋友亮出房卡，告訴前台服務員，已經是貴酒店的客人，最後前台服務員給了我一間很差的房間，衞生間的設計根本沒有酒店的感覺，我第二天就搬走了，希望這位前台服務員不要再查其他客人的户口了，您的責任是服務！
