酒店地點近口岸，非常方便，附近不乏食肆及便利店。
裝修方便不錯，有點像歐洲風格，個人很喜歡。
衞生方便也很好，房間整潔。
設施上有改進的空間，但基本上已經不錯。

酒店位置優越，樓下行街宵夜超方便。酒店鄰近福田口岸及民福站之間，交通便利。附近周邊商商店林立，食市選擇多。酒店公寓新裝修時尚，房間舒適潔亮。值得推薦。

房間祇有一百尺左右，厠所面床，冲凉冲了5分鐘才慢慢有热水，毛巾放櫃内，要開晒才找到，升級庭景，原来是向街，隔音不行，夜晚及有踏踏声。

被安排二樓的房間，床頭位於房間門口旁，本身都怕走廊聲音可能會嘈。
但原來係超嘈！而嘈的主因是由員工導致！
朝早十點開始，聽到3至4把男女的聲音大聲傾談，更有位男士站於我房門外大聲講電話，嚴重影響我們睡眠。
我已告知他們可否安靜點，但變本加厲，沒有改善，一直持續大聲傾談！
再者，14:00才退房，但13:45突然有員工拍卡開門，幸好我有鎖上安全鎖。
不建議大家住，本質管理十分不妥。

房間新淨，乾淨企理，雖然沒有景觀，但反正也不會打開窗口，所以沒有問題。床褥睡起來，挺舒服的，就是軟硬適中吧。不知怎的，晚上洗澡的時候，沒有熱水，早上使用風筒，也不停自己關掉，奇怪。

第一次入住，進入房間後看到這樣的房間這個價位真的是太優秀了，房間新，乾淨，而且這邊也很方便，尤其是前台的小姐姐服務態度超好，很滿意的一次體驗，下次還會光顧這家店的！

裝修新，附近多按摩店，地理環境十分方便。床，枕頭都舒適，沖涼水夠大。如果浴室可加些掛鈎就最好，因為沒位掛毛巾。
