Always friendly and willing to go over and above to offer exceptional experience. Helped with document printing and even with ordering food delivery to my room on my phone APP. This is my luohu hotel for 5 star service at 2 star price.

Every day when I go out and come back, I feel good when I see the bougainvillea downstairs. The hotel staff are really nice, with good service and attitude. The hotel is clean and I feel comfortable!

I booked a business king room, but I might have checked in too late. I was given a small room with a sink outside the toilet. I was given a shower that wasn’t powerful enough, but it was very large. It had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toothbrushes. There are combs, shower caps and slippers.
I didn’t get breakfast and couldn’t get up🤣 The lobby design is nice and modern. Outside the hotel, there are stairs to the elevator to the second floor of the hotel.
