民宿地點附近沒有旅遊景點，但離地鐵站頗近。
房間比同類型寬敞，客廳和浴室也是。但與深圳其他民宿有類似問題，就是設施欠缺保養同維修，特別是衛生間方面。若能安排人手定時清理和檢查有關設施，對旅客嘅住宿睇驗應可大幅改善。
此民宿如能提供衛生紙將有很大幫助！

從廣州過來出差，住了一個多月，衞生乾淨整潔，晚上睡覺特別安靜，離地鐵口幾百米出入方便，老闆人也好説話，值得推薦不錯。
