This hotel is relatively new The guest room is around 40+ sq.m. The buffet breakfast offers limited selection vs other hotel buffet breakfast of the same grade The buffet area walkways are narrow and gets very crowded Didn’t like cleaning lady sweeping the floors around when taking hotel breakfast The so called free minibar offers very limited selections and the snack was expired over 6 months ago The indoor pool & gym closed early so didn’t get a chance to go The elevated walkway to the adjacent shopping mall is connected but the hotel’s doors was locked so couldn’t walk over

Noah and Jessie are both excellent, helpful, patient, and informative. Breakfast is good. Variety of choices. Very thoughtful to have a lots of HK plugs. But it will be good if also has one in the toilet, so that I can plug my hair hot clip.

Ideal location in Shenzhen to enjoy the ohbay at nite. A huge mall nearby to enjoy shopping and food. I would recommend to book hotel with break and dinner inclusive in the package as the deal is so good. Buying them at hotel would be very expensive . Bed is soft and comfortable and spacious.

We booked a couple rooms at Pagoda hotel. The room had a package of going to a mini zoo as part of the deal. It was a really cool add on experience. We will try the snow ❄️ park next time. Our room also had audio visual equipment which is the projector 📽️ and screen in the photos you see. The hotel is super clean, the staff so friendly and it’s in a convenient location. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and after dinner eats. Which were all super delicious. On top of there are so many food options around you. And you are walking distance to a mall with even more options. The 14th floor has a gym, laundry services,and 24 hour arcade plus self services nail. We are already looking to book again with them!!!

Close to the river, the environment is good. And there is a large shopping mall downstairs with many options for eating, drinking and entertainment. This is the biggest reason that attracts me to live here. I can sit on the clean street, drink a cup of coffee, look at the scenery, enjoy the spring breeze, and bask in the sun. The hotel is on the 29th floor. The rooms are simply decorated, comfortable and convenient. There is a laundry room on the third floor that integrates washing and drying. There is a gym on the fourth floor, but running around is better. The bed quality is soft, relatively new overall, and cost-effective. The front desk service is quite enthusiastic, and they also give out candies during the Chinese New Year. Reasons for recommendation, location, environment, cost performance. The most considerate thing is the front desk staff Susie and Eric. They provide very nice service and make you feel at home.

I read on Xiaohongshu that the hotel is very close to Happy Harbor. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel also has a washing machine and a dryer. It is very suitable for lazy people. The stay was wonderful - not only were the staff wonderful, the lady who checked us in even offered us one more complementary breakfast because there were two of us. Even though the hotel seems a little further away from the city centre, it’s only around 5-8 minutes away from the metro station, so it’s very accessible and convenient. The room was also massive - it completely exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, size, and available space. You can link your phone to the gigantic TV and watch movies, and most of all, the bed + pillows were very comfortable. The bed was cushiony and soft but still really supportive. Had a wonderful trip. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the area. Very very good value for money.

It takes about 10-15min for me and my family to get there on foot. The location is good especially you are surrounded by nice food! There's a night food street a few minutes walk away from the hotel to satisfy our cravings for Chinese food which starts at 4pm and ends at 11pm. The staffs in the hotel are very nice and approachable. We got a day of free breakfast instead of the welcome drink stated on the booking site. I like how the room is designed, simple, clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the welcome card and drinks prepared by the cleaning staff, she cleaned the room everyday for the room that I stayed. The staff also react quick in changing the room that we stayed as there's cigarette smell in the room due to faulty in the ventilation. The plus point of the room is we don't need the adapter for the plug, there's USB port in the room! Eventhough the hotel is beside the road, but it's very quiet. Overall, the stay in the hotel is superb and I would love to stay in this hotel again the next time!

I used to stay in a hotel in Shenzhen. This time I feel that the apartment is more value-for-money, free and comfortable. The check-in and check-out procedures are super simple. If you need to communicate via WeChat, you have a TV, refrigerator, washing machine and simple kitchenware. It feels as convenient as at home. The bathroom is small and there is only one. There is no separation of dry and wet which needs to be improved and improved. The hygiene is generally acceptable. The price is not bad in Shenzhen. I have the opportunity to continue living next time.

I personally like the decoration style of this apartment. There are Guiwan Station of Metro Line 5 and Leiyumen Station of Line 1 nearby. You can take a taxi at the door. It is very convenient and the location is good. The B1 floor of the apartment is directly connected to Bonjour INTOWN. , there are many restaurants, hot pot, Hunan and Cantonese cuisine, etc. There are also two large shopping malls next to it, Yi Fang Hui and Wanxiang Qianhai. It is super convenient for eating and shopping. The front desk service is also in place. Check-in is quick and the hygiene is carefully checked. Next, the room was very clean and well-equipped. The washing machine and dryer were integrated. I enjoyed it very much. The quality was good and the price-performance ratio was very high. It was a very satisfying stay!
