This is our 4th time staying at this hotel. The cleanliness never failed us. The room is big enough. This time we stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They gave us a complimentary a bottle of red wine and free upgraded room with a nice view. Kudos to the management for this arrangement. Location wise is very convenient, right next to Clarke Quay station, there are buses to go Bugis, Marina area, Orchard Road. Walking distance to Chinatown. Buffet breakfast is superb as always.

Thx a lot for the best part of our vacation in south-east Asia (7countries and the best staff were here))) especially Im very grateful to mimimi specialist who was on the frontdesk, when we were checking in. Overall the hotel stay wasn't bad. The Room was big, the bed was nice. The facilities was good and I enjoyed having drinks at ”The Den” and the breakfast was not bad.. My only gripe was that the room wasn't ready when I arrived at the hotel at 3.30pm( check in time was 3pm) and they wasn't able to advise when the room would be ready and was suggesting we go to ”The Den” which is like a cafe and wait for the room. eventually after raising my displeasure of not the room not being ready even though we got there already later than the check in time, we got the room probably around 3.40 or so and I thought that will be end but imagine my surprise when I went inside the room and found the room to be all wet which really make the starting of the stay not exactly very pleasant. for the price that I paid which was above $400, I actually would have expected better preparation. I have booked quite a few hotels in SG before to have staycation and this is the first time which I had such an experience. This is such a contrast with the experience that I had when I booked Capri by Fraser at Changi City point which everything went alot more nicer but other than the starting part of the room preparation, the rest went well but the starting part did make put a damper on the stay.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was amazing. The beds were just like ours at home. Our house keeper didn't speak English only Chinese but she was amazing and made our place look and smell amazing everyday. We would go to breakfast and by the time we got back our room was done. Decor is dated but it doesn't detract from how amazingly clean everything is. Din at reception was awesome on our arrival and only too happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and only a short walk to the MRT plus they have a shuttle that runs on a timetable to go to Orchard Rd. Overall a fantastic place.

The first room that we were given smelt of damp quite badly- probably because of the bathroom as the wood had rotted on the door frame. We called the reception who was very helpful and immediately gave us a different room. The service was very good and the staff was very helpful and polite indeed. The room itself is quite dated which is why the hotel is getting renovated; this was mentioned by the hotel staff when we checked in- didn't bother us too much as the renovation started at 9am daily. Location is very very good. Overall the price was very reasonable considering the location. It is also next to Funan shopping mall so it is very handy for buying things-there is a decent food court and supermarket. A 15 minute or so walk to Marina Sand Bay too! Look forward to seeing it when it is fully renovated!

One of our favorite hotel stays (relative to price point) in Singapore! The room was huge and clean and neat, the housekeeping staff were clearly professionals and took pride in their work. The check in and check out processes were a breeze. (The hotel staff didn't mention it during our check-in, but we suspect they upgraded us to a bigger room!) There were also a lot of amenities at the hotel, from the waterfall lounge (drinks with a view) to a quaint cafe (wildseed) to a furniture store (crane living). The hotel is also in a good location albeit a short distance away from Havelock mrt. Easy access to orchard/clarke quay/chinatown. Amenities do not come with bottled water and bedroom slippers. 10/10 would come back here to stay again.

First time trying this hotel for a staycation with my gf.. the location is great with alot of nice food choices around and while room in itself is pretty big and nice, my main issue is that the aircon seems to be stuck at 24.5 degrees the whole night and cannot be adjusted which made the whole stay rather uncomfortable and pretty hot. The pillows are also not really that comfortable as well. If the aircon issue was better and the room wasn't as hot the whole night, it would have been alot better. as it stand, there are probably better choices for this price range so I probably wouldn't be keen to come back again which is kinda a bummer cos the location is good and the room is pretty nice at the end..

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

Locatuon of this hotel is fabulous! It is within a short walk to two subway stations, Chinatown n many malls n food centres. It is also directly across Clark Quay where the nightlife is colourful n interesting. Also walkable would be the Marina Bay area so you can save money on transport. The room is of decent size for what we paid. It is rather basic but clean and the aircon works well. The swimming pool is of good size n most inviting in Singapore's tropical weather. The gym is large but we didnt go. We didnt try the restaurants in the hotel as there are many food options outside. All said, this hotel offers good value n is highly recommended. 'Better' hotels are just not worth paying for and 'cheaper' hotels hv smaller rooms n may not be so well-located. Service is good. From the efficient reception who handled our check-in during the peak period to the enthusiastic bellboys.

Location is good, that's all. The hotel is very dirty and messy, full of things (boxes, shoese, laundry and so on) in the corridore and stair case. The room is dark and furnitures are old. The staircase which supposed to be the emergency exit is full of different things. Aircon is old and lack of maintenance, made a lot of noice. No separation between toilet and shower room, so the toilet canbe wet. The cups and glasses are washed on spot, so the lip mark stayed on the cups, So watch out when you have to use. The water provided is in a jar, which no idea where it comes from and how long it has been there. Suggest you buy your own water. The safety box is not fixed in the room, easily to be removed, did not feel really safe. The light was flickering and eventually died out. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridore and in the room.

Cleanliness: - In terms cleanliness, the room is not so perfect. Some visible dusts here & there. - observed a trail of ants near the desk. - The floor are carpeted. - Place look run-down even though it's well-maintained. Amenities: - Room was unfortunately not equipped with smart tv. International channels are very limited and the connection is slow. - Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for card games. - The view from the room is facing Singapore Flyer & MBS. - The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed. - The shower area is very clean. - Beds and linens are comfortable. - They have a shared water dispenser that can dispense at various temperature including baby milk. Quite useful for parents. The carpark within the hotel is quite run-down. So you might end up, parking quite far from the lift lobby. However parking is complimentary for guests. Service: - They have a room service policy that they will only clean the room after the 3rd night. The only downside. On the overall, I will definitely come back again.

The hotel is just in-front of Clarke Quay MRT, it’s very convenient to go to the Central Mall and just a kilometre away from Chinatown, you can just walk for a few minutes. So many shops that you can see and a lot of restaurants around. The hotel is small and cute but it’s complete of things that you need. The room is clean. The receptionist Auntie is very nice. She is very helpful.

Hotel located in a city centre very easy to access to the strict center of the city, touristic attractions. Room was clean and nice, with bathroom everything ok. Electric cattle, coffee tee glasses, soap, shower gel and shampoo with tooth brush and tooth paste at place. Even iron at the room. Elevator, silent place, outside pool in the roof. Kitchen at the lobby with unlimited tee and coffe machine to prepare any time your drink, however not very clean tables and around kitchen facilities. Not enough place for all the guests figuring the morning breakfast. Breakfast outsourced but ok., a bit cold after a while. No possibility to keep it warm or warm it up. Some receptionist very helpful and communicative, the other not. Depend who you will talk with.

Great Location for extroverts who loves going out to have fun! Karaoke bar just on the same street and local restaurants. There’s a food court in ChinaTown 10 minutes from the hotel with local prices. There’s also many coffee shops across the Main Street, you’d need to cross on the overpass. U can buy universal adapter for chargers at Cheers if needed. It’s also very close to Marina bay.

Overall, I am very satisfied. A work of cultural heritage. I was pleasantly surprised the moment I stepped into the door. Details are the most ingenious. The details of this hotel are worth looking at again and again. Different from the standardized facilities of many luxury hotels, this is a warm ”apartment”. Yes, I prefer to call it an apartment because it feels like home. The building's exterior cleverly uses the slope to create a visual effect of ”alternation between the old and the new”. It is actually a completely independent new and old building. There is a feeling of a different world at the junction. The area of ​​the suite is not large. Guests who pursue luxury may be disappointed. But after using it, it is well considered and thoughtful. It is just right. If you stay in the old part of the house, you can see the original old floor tiles. They have traces of use but are as new as ever.
