Check‑in was smooth and welcoming, with staff greeting me warmly and providing clear information about hotel facilities. The lobby has a relaxed yet elegant feel, giving a good first impression. Room Experience: The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. The bed was comfortable with quality linens, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee facilities, and a well‑stocked bathroom with quality toiletries. Wi‑Fi was strong and stable throughout my stay. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel offers a well‑equipped gym, a relaxing outdoor pool surrounded by greenery, and several dining options with varied cuisines. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight — fresh, plentiful, and well presented, with both Western and Asian selections. Service: Staff members were consistently friendly, polite, and ready to assist. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness and replenishing supplies daily. Location: While not directly next to an MRT station, the hotel provides easy access via a short walk or taxi to Orchard Road. It’s a peaceful retreat compared to staying right in the middle of the busy shopping district. Check‑out: The check‑out process was quick and efficient. Luggage storage service was available for those with late flights, which was very convenient. Overall Feedback: My stay at Shangri-La Tanglin Singapore was comfortable and enjoyable. The combination of friendly service, comfortable rooms, and quality facilities makes it a great choice for both leisure and business travellers. I would happily return in the future.

Upon entering, the room had no strange odors and was spotlessly clean and tidy. While the decor is a bit minimalist, it's genuinely immaculate. As someone quite particular about cleanliness, I thoroughly inspected everything and can confirm it was indeed clean and felt relatively new. Downstairs, there are several large shopping malls, making dining incredibly convenient. The staff were also very polite, and most of the time, there were Chinese-speaking staff available. The rooftop infinity pool is, of course, a major highlight. The water is disinfected with sea salt, so it felt very clean. We went for a swim after breakfast in the morning, and it wasn't crowded at all. For trips to Sentosa, we simply exited, walked through the mall to the bus stop, and took bus 123 directly. It was a fantastic ride, enjoying the scenery along the way. I really enjoyed this hotel. Aside from the slightly steep price, everything else was excellent. Given the high cost of living in the Lion City (Singapore), it's understandable.
