Very nice capsule hotel. Cozy and comfortable. Staffs are also supportive. Really good place to stay. Strongly recommended

The apartment is very beautiful and warm, with a beautiful small balcony and the overall atmosphere is great. But the small trash can in the bathroom is not particularly convenient to use. There is also a pot in the kitchen.

PLUMBING ISSUES & SLOW SERVICE. The building looks lovely, newly renovated and in a great location. It is walking distance to most attractions. The staff were friendly, however I did have to ask multiple times for things before they were done (e.g., asking for an iron to be sent to the room, filling up empty toiletries). The toilet water turned brown 30 minutes after flushing which indicates a plumbing issue and is unsanitary. The rest of the room was clean. And they granted our request of having our 2 rooms next to each other. Overall a 3.5-4 star hotel due to the toilet and slow service.

The hotel is strategically located and very close to the attractions! Hotel service is very good, breakfast is slightly simple!

Location is top of the consideration. Centre located that you can walk to most popular attraction. Metro or tram is very close within steps. Hotel is partly renovated. I believe it will be amazing when finished. Breakfast is not included. 15 Lev per person with small buffet that you can choose most popular items, ie, eggs, ham, sausages, breads or cereals. But they are not very hot on the warmers. However, I would still recommend people to go there for sleep and shower. Room was big enough and balcony overlook the city. Price is very good compare to same standard 3 stars hotel. Staff speaks reasonable English that is convenient. Good luck!

Overall, I am very pleasantly surprised by the facilities and amenities the hotel has provided. I originally got a supreme double room, but due to some issues with my original room, I was upgraded to a suite. (Note: I was not yet checked in at the hotel when my room got changed.) The room was pretty clean, there were some finishing parts that need an upgrade and the shower definitely needs a curtain because water was splashing everywhere and only a glass at one sode didn’t do much, but overall the suite was pretty nice. My favorite part was the TV. I could easily go online to watch the reality shows I missed while I was away.

The location is ideal, less than four minutes from the Serdika metro station in the heart of Sofia. Serdika Station is a transit station, so it's easy to get anywhere, and the metro makes it easy to get to the train station or express bus terminal. It's convenient for traveling to popular tourist destinations in Bulgaria. The hotel's central location makes it a great base for exploring Sofia. The main tourist attractions in Sofia are concentrated in the city center, making it very convenient. While the building is older, it's not as quiet as newer buildings, and the atmosphere is still pleasant, with a touch of old-world charm.

1. The front desk service is very nice and thoughtful. The location is about 500 meters from the main commercial street, which is very close; 2. There is a Subway KFC nearby, and after a few steps, the pedestrian street is full of restaurants; 3. Please ask for slippers at the front desk; 4. What is not ideal is that there are mosquitoes in the room, and the quilt is It was bitten to death; and the most unsatisfactory thing was that the quilt sheets were soaked in bleaching powder and not rinsed again. It made your skin allergic and stinging when you slept on it. I guess the cleaning was outsourced and no one in the hotel checked it. Give this point 0 points! I hope the hotel management can see this and improve it quickly!

Wonderful hotel just a few steps from the center. The hotel has a bar (entertainment every night) and a dining area and an art gallery. Courteous and friendly staff. Large room equipped with every comfort. Highly recommended, we couldn't have chosen a better location! Top
