房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高，，跟一些快捷商務酒店很不一樣。早餐品種豐富，房間設施新，床品舒服，酒店門口可停車，很大的停車場，掃酒店二維碼出去不收費用，離2條地鐵站很近，步行五六分，酒店對面就有公交站出行特別方面，總體物超所值，是一次非常滿意的體驗。

酒店位置很好，距離越溪站很近。但是酒店的設施比較老化，但是好在房間還算比較乾淨。酒店的服務也不錯。樓道有點臟。

前台居然沒等客人説完直接掛客人電話！我都驚呆了！！！垃圾服務！！！客户體驗差到極致！！！就這服務質量，生意能好才真是怪事！！！還全國連鎖呢，我都不知道，錦江之星服務都已經差到令人髮指了！！！！也算是長見識了！！！

環境：樓層蠻大的，找了好久才找到自己的那間房
設施：一般般那種不好不壞
衞生：一打開門就有一股臭味，不知道是哪裡來的，窗户是打開的，味道很重
還有隔音不好，大清早的什麼小孩子哭鬧呀，大人説話七七八八的吵死了，要不是這個地方是離sm那裡挺近的我都不想訂哪裡的，體驗感真的超級差，下次不會再去的程度

破敗不堪，我們村招待所都比這好十倍，破成這樣怎麼好意思掛出來，一進大堂和電梯，那味兒，不知道里麪的工作人員是怎麼忍受的了。這裝修得有十年了吧？看衞生間這酒店是日本人投資的？相信去住過一次的人絕對不會去住第二次。我在杭州東站住的80塊的都比這300塊的好得多得多。對蘇州印象大打折扣
