維也納酒店我經常住，特別是在廣州和深圳，這幾乎是我的根據地。
但是，蘇州的這一家真的有失水準，縮在一個很破的小街裏面，各種設施，也比較陳舊。
維也納自從被錦江之星收購之後，真的越做越低端了。

實際是城中村裡的賓館水平，空調開了一晚上還是冷的不行，前台客服和其他工作人員完全是村裡的黑衣人組成，全程黑臉。唯一好處是停車比較方便。看圖片就能發現是在一個不好找的村道內，晚上遲一點一片漆黑膽大的才敢進

房間設施應有盡有，沒啥好挑。房間空間大，乾淨 地點不錯，衹是打車很難停車，安全一點。 核酸點就，方便，可惜衹是到10am。 早餐非常好，一級棒。人也不多。 房費不高，合理。 在這出差住了十天，值得。

衞生不乾淨，主要一進門是水池好幾根長頭髮。。 看着略噁心。服務還可以，並沒有別的評論説的黑臉。自助早餐很一般 不如普通的如家漢庭普通酒店的清爽。重口味…豆漿巨甜，麪條掛麪，餃子韭菜雞蛋，大早味道大。桌面油膩… 説來説去就是衞生，其他還可以。停車都挺方便的。

第一次對酒店不滿意吧，設施老久，空調一晚上就沒暖和過來，差點凍死，早晨睡醒，才發現床上還有長頭髮，總之，就是很不滿意，對維也納，就沒滿意過

去木瀆所以訂了這家酒店。前台工作人員和樓層保潔阿姨工作熱情周到。酒店周邊環境比較偏僻，不過吃的小飯店有好幾家還是比較方便。房間設施已比較陳舊了，有些設備已出現故障，入住當天酒店已經在動工了，估計要重新裝修了吧，希望裝修以後能煥然一新，以新的面貌迎接四方賓客。
