Upon check-in we were taken to an uncleaned room, procedures felt somewhat disorganized and breakfast was terribly simple and unhealthy with only congee and sweet rice flour treats, sweet deep fried store bought frozen spring rolls and sweet deep fried custard rolls. It would have been nice with just one or two freshly cooked dishes and some vegetables. Standards were a deep contrast to the absolute beauty of the Suzhou garden style. The check-in staff was helpful and positive, raised the water level in the pool and gave my son several bags of food to feed the Koi fish. Basically, I wanted to love the hotel, but especially disappointed by the breakfast, would not buy any foods from there if that is the standard.

非常滿意的民宿，中式、現代、美式，每棟樓一種風格，且底樓都有客廳，公共區域還有會議室，茶室，棋牌室，服務也非常好，管家禮貌耐心又周到，兩天光呆在民宿都可以不出去了，大人孩子都很喜歡文杏裏！

入住之前有拉羣，確認行程訊息。但是入住後要交按金，還是微信轉賬的形式，就體驗感很差，可以理解收按金，但是這個流程就。。。。。。然後早飯是定食，沒有自助之類的。總體下來，性價比不高，套內的一些設施也中規中矩。

環境：酒店裝修確實是園林樣子的，可以拍拍照片，但是附近有裝修的，早上六七點開始施工，真的很吵，沒法休息。不適合放鬆度假！！特別吵！
衞生：酒店衞生間反臭
設施：隔音效果也很差，其他房間上下樓和走廊裏的聲音很容易聽見，很難休息好 。感覺不適合一個家庭出行，更適合團隊轟趴
服務：還算好吧，但是入住前四五遍打電話確認入住不同的人讓加微信…也很困擾啊。餐廳有股味道。晚上訂的套餐也衹能説相當敷衍，不是很好吃

一進門就被園林設計吸引了，辦好入住，管家看出我喜歡中式的院子，很好的幫我們升級了中式的房間！太感謝了！不光院子美，進到房間更驚喜，衞生很好，還有免費的水和飲料小吃，想的太全面了！早餐很豐盛，吃住都很開心😁
