Awesome! Everything was perfect in my stay with my family. I arrived in the evening and was looking for dining options only to realise they serve dinner in the hotel so it was convenient. However, they mostly had sea food options so you can talk to the waitress to advise on other options available. It's also close to shopping malls where you can get restaurants.
Checking in was fast and they only required to copy my passport together with my family's and voila! The room was spacious enough and they provided toiletries for occupants. You can be provided with an extra key in case you need. The hotel has a nice theme park indoors for kids, quite convenient for families and also have a swimming pool. They also have a luggage storage service and the front desk are bilingual - speaking English. Overall all was well for the one day stay.

Clean and high tech hotel with a homely feel. Friendly and helpful counter staff. The boss personally sent us to and from Suzhou Railway Station! There is even a robot which delivered our food delivery directly to our door. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The hotel environment is superb. All the service staff are very warm and polite. The hotel has an underground garage and an elevator to the lobby for easy luggage. This is a garden-style hotel with a beautiful environment suitable for taking pictures. The room is not big, but the items are complete. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath water is super fun. It's so refreshing to take a bath after a day. The toiletries are also very good. They also thoughtfully prepared hand soap, laundry detergent and moisturizer for the guests, and the quality is relatively good. The only shortcoming is that there is no smart toilet. The room attendant is also very kind and answers all questions. The breakfast variety is complete and the dining experience is very good. The hotel has a restaurant, Aozao Noodles, and there are not many restaurants around. Simple food includes wonton, Anhui Banmian, local Suzhou cuisine, and local people's dumplings are very delicious and can be taken away in plastic.

My hotel allocation was at the older building the hotel premise is quite a distance from entrance to the building but its fine.
The room size is big toilet and shower separated (nice) their toilet equip with bidet spray and treatment thingy. Plus point
Their breakfast selection was good
The surrounding of the hotel has alot of cafe pubs and all if you want to stay near to famous tourist locations this might mot be the right hotel for you. I travel around with DiDi

Really satisfied, I first booked a windowless special house, and then felt a little strange taste, and the front desk reflected, the store manager directly came up to help us solve it, said that it may be because of the recent rain, and then free upgraded the room. The hotel has a washing machine dryer delivery robot, etc., and then Tencent also opened a member. Later, Suzhou will choose here again for playing and business trips. 😍

A time-honored hotel in Suzhou. The front desk (Manager Zhang) and the sales manager (Jiang Jingjing) are very nice. We stayed in a family room this time, which is very large. Self-service breakfast, welcome fruit, and self-service laundry. It is also very close to the subway station, and the transportation is very convenient.

Room was in poor condition, the rug was spilled and dirty, bedsheets had stains. The bathroom has no ventilation to let the floor dry. The bathtub was black from scratches and stains. In 4 star hotels in other cities there are better kept rooms for half the price. Staff only speaks Chinese.

Old hotel, in the ancient city, living very quiet, outside is a small bridge, suitable for taking pictures, breakfast is general, there are not many varieties, mainly the bathing place does not have a non-slip mat, it is easy to slip, this needs to be improved.

AAiwandeaodiThe room was very clean and there was everything. I haven't lived in such a conscience place for a long time. The small snacks and drinks are placed in the room in advance. If you need it, you can take it directly. The most important thing is that the price is the same as the convenience store outside. The boss is too conscience.
I came to Suzhou for a written test interview these two days. I chose this hotel because it was cheaper than other hotels. I thought that the e-sports hotel might be very noisy. I didn't expect the experience to be much more than overdue. The room was soundproof. At least I was not disturbed these two nights. I slept great.
Because I have been preparing for a written test interview for two days, I have taken the computer to see the video, and I have not opened a game, but the configuration should be top-top. If I am a local in Suzhou, I think I should come here often to relax.

AAnonymous UserIt was already night when we arrived at the hotel, but we could still feel the beauty of Suzhou gardens. The quiet little courtyard made people relax immediately. It didn't feel like staying in a hotel, it felt like going home. This time, we were also upgraded to a deluxe king-size bed room.
The room was very, very clean, and I felt like I was staying in a hotel in Japan. The most thoughtful thing was that roses were given to me and my friend when we checked in, lollipops on the bed, and hot coconut milk taro sago on the table~ I really felt deeply cared for.
This hotel is in Changyuan, and there should not be many rooms, so there are not many people. You can visit Changyuan at any time. And you can feed the fish, there are so many fish and so lively, (my friend and I played for two hours just feeding the fish) 😂😅 There are also two little turtles~ There is also a three-month-old kitten Yuanyuan at the front desk, and a little puppy from the neighbor's house at the door. Everything is so harmonious between man and nature~
The alley of the hotel is deep, so it is very quiet. If you need to travel, you can also ask the front desk guy to pick you up by shuttle bus. Finally, the service attitude of the guys at the front desk is very good and considerate, and they deserve five-star praise!!!

We chatted for a bit and they gave great advice for where to go for new year's! They even upgraded us to a nicer and larger room, which had nice light. There's even a convenience store and subway stations nearby, making it convenient to travel from there. Would 100% recommend, would book again!

Originally, this price was thought to be an ordinary hotel. I didn’t expect to be shocked as soon as I entered the door. The modern sense of high-end, integrated into the quaint Su-style Jiangnan atmosphere, the photo is very beautiful, too in line with my temperament, the gift of Su-style refreshments is really to the heart of the heart 😃, the quality is two grades higher than the price, Great value!
Facilities: I don’t have to say, I can see that the owner is very careful, the details are revealed everywhere, the bedding is comfortable and clean, the mattress will definitely cost a lot of money when you sleep, the toiletries and even the disposable toilet seat are big brands, and the disposable tea cups are also quality online.
Service: It's remarkable, it really feels like home, very warm! The front desk 💁🏻♀️ accompanied with a smile throughout the whole process, took the initiative to help carry the luggage, and would recommend the real Suzhou characteristics. Foreign tourists live here, almost no need to do a strategy, plus 24-hour butler service and Suzhou Station delivery service, super save core!
Hygienic: Auntie Cleaning may be washing and brushing all day, and all the places you can see are very clean.
Location: Although in the ancient city, parking is very convenient. It is one step away from Shiquan Street in Panmen Scenic Area and very close to Pingjiang Road in Guanqian Street. It is very convenient to travel!

DDaria 达丽娅Nice gaming hotel, the room was clean and simple. All amenities provided, but no water. The games on the computer are all in Chinese and you need accounts to log into them.
The hotel is near the city centre, so was very convenient to go via didi.

OOlga LaThe location of the hotel was perfect for me, there is a metro station right across the street. The general impression was not bad but there were some minor flaws. My room was rather spacious but dark with a very small window under the ceiling. The interior is also a little dated. The walls definitely need a fresh coat of paint. And when I checked in there was a weird smell in the room, so I kept the window open all the time. The bathroom was super clean though and the bed really comfortable. The hotel is pretty quiet, at least I couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms.
