Suzhou Hotels with Wi-Fi

Our overall stay at Park Hyatt was definitely memorable. The service was wonderful, the staff were helpful and kind, the facilities were exceptional. I would like to mention Betty, Shaw, Adolph, Vivian and Nick for being such amazing staff! Betty and Shaw made sure we received complimentary cake and wine in celebration of our anniversary. They were so responsive with our questions and are always ready to help. Adolph and Vivian assisted us with checking in and reception. We can’t speak Chinese well but they communicated with us in English which made our stay even better. They also helped us book our dinner reservation. Nick was the manager at apartment 208 where we had dinner. There were complications at first but Nick was able to handle everything well. He was also super kind and respectful. Our stay was almost perfect except for the fact that there was another guest who was blowing his nose, coughing and spitting in the pool which was a turn off for us. We decided not to use the pool anymore. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for couples, friends and family who need a wonderful staycation.

Good food compared with its' price. Survice is fabulous. Waiters in restaurant can tidy up dishes been used at once and room service also respends fast. The only dilemma is that the bathtub has not been cleaned carefully. Totally, good.

Hotel is good and clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. I deduct 1 point for no bathtub and 1 point for very high costs during Jinji lake half marathon. Besides I am happy!

The hotel is located at the ping jiang road. Good location but not so friendly if you have lots of luggage. Car can't drive it, need to walk about 200-300meter from the main road.The hotel is situated at the 2 ND floor. We need to carry our luggage up.Free han fu experience is only for 2 hr.need to book in advance. Hotel restaurant don't serve any food.Need to prebook. Was stuck in hotel for one whole day because of the typhoon. Em .not much to do in the small room. And they don't serve any food even though we can't go out. Not a very pleasant experience .

bit of hiccups during check in but overall was good, good location which is like linked to train station. front desk staff was helpful. booked 3 rooms but unable to put us together, decent business room without fridge which needed for family traveller :-)

It's a nice hotel at a good location. Great bathtub and nice bed. We had a small issue about the room regarding a sofa, but then we got a better room. It's close to main hotspots, so we'd book it again next time!

I took my family to Taihu Lake for the Mid-Autumn Festival. Although we basically stayed in the hotel the next day due to the typhoon, this hotel is really worth recommending!!! The most satisfactory thing is the service of the staff. The front desk manager in purple robes was very enthusiastic and upgraded our room. He was also very thoughtful and careful when communicating with us by phone in the early stage. It happened to be my grandmother's 88th birthday, and she also sent us a cake. The travel photography included in the package helped us take satisfactory family photos and birthday photos. The lunch included in the package was very large and could not be finished at all. Everyone thought the Yangzhou fried rice was delicious! The hotel can go directly to Yuyang Mountain, and the tickets are free. I will come again in the future!

This hotel is located in Tongli Ancient Town, with a very advantageous geographical location. It is only a few steps away from the main street. When we went there, we happened to catch a crew filming and it was quite lively. The room is decorated with artistic conception. There is a tatami set up next to a large window. Sitting and enjoying the scenery is refreshing. The boss lady and the clerk are very enthusiastic. Someone will help you with your luggage as soon as you get off the car, and they will send you to the car when you leave, which is very heartwarming. I am staying with my mother and daughter. Living here makes me feel very relieved and safe. There is also a German Shepherd in the store. It is very smart and human. My daughter can interact with him in a few minutes. His obedience is very good. Let him sit down and sit down. Let him shake hands and shake hands. There are also Chinese-style clothing for sale on the first floor of the store. The quality is good at first glance. The breakfast is also very attentive. There is everything you should have, and there are steamed dumplings made by the boss lady herself, which are delicious. In the afternoon, you can also enjoy the scenery and drink tea in the yard. It is the life you yearn for, especially suitable for getting away from the hustle and bustle and making people calm down.

We enjoyed our stay with Atour hotel at jinjihu. Though hotel may looked small as compare to the neighboring J building. As a easy landmark to taxi driver. Inside hotel decor feels like a home library aka muji style. Though I wish room could be colder during this hot summer. Breakfast variety is good too. Overall would recommend as the room is spacious, clean and housekeeping is efficient!

Mechar Hotel is situated in Ligongdi next to Jinji Lake. The hotel is great, and the staff members are very friendly. My family and I stayed in the family room, which can accommodate a family of four. The location is amazing, as the metro line is just in front of the hotel. There are many restaurants in the area, sightseeing attractions that one can explore, and the area is very peaceful during daytime. However, it becomes quite crowded at night because many people visit the restaurants. When we checked in, the room wasn't properly cleaned, and it takes a while for the cleaning staff before they clean the room. We weren't sure if it was due to it being spring holiday and staff members having to clean too many rooms. However, we would go out for the day, and when we returned, the room was still unclean. If I can make a recommendation to the hotel, the steps where the beds are should be made a little bigger because they don't work with a busy toddler. The first step is too close to where the beds end, and the second step is not big enough, which caused my son to keep on falling by misstepping the steps during our stay.
