Marriott properties in Suzhou

My stay at Suzhou Marriott this time truly deserves a perfect score! 💯 The first room we were assigned felt a bit damp. After mentioning it to the front desk, the staff's attitude was exceptionally good. Not only did they proactively offer to change our room, but they also went to the new room beforehand to inspect it for us, ensuring everything was okay before we moved. That was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast selection was very rich, with a variety of Suzhou-style dim sum, noodles, and both Chinese and Western hot dishes. We were very satisfied with the meal. The hotel's location is very convenient. We also unexpectedly received two complimentary tickets to Hanshan Temple, which was perfect for a visit. The lobby staff also gave us some trendy Chinese-style cultural and creative fridge magnets. The design has unique Suzhou characteristics, and the craftsmanship is exquisite. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou!

Taking advantage of the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, I brought my parents to Zhangjiagang. We booked the Zhangjiagang Marriott Hotel this time. It's located in the heart of Zhangjiagang, making transportation very convenient. Right next to it are the Poly Grand Theatre and Wanda Plaza, so shopping and entertainment are easily accessible. It's also a short drive to several classic scenic spots. We booked an Executive King Room, which was on the 36th floor, the same floor as the executive lounge, so dining was super convenient. Upon entering the room, you find the spacious bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower area. A sliding door next to the bathtub can be closed to separate it from the bedroom – truly excellent attention to detail. In the center of the room was a king-sized bed, and by the window, there was a chaise lounge and a small desk. Lying on the chaise lounge, you could enjoy panoramic city views from the large floor-to-ceiling window. The executive room package included afternoon tea and dinner. The 'Happy Hour' from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM offered a rich variety of dishes and plenty of drinks. There were three pre-made cocktails daily, but I still preferred the Gin & Tonic. For breakfast, the shepherd's purse and pork wontons were incredibly fragrant and delicious – highly recommended. The service here is very warm and welcoming; staff always greeted us enthusiastically in the hallways. Usually, after dinner, we'd take a walk outside, and by the time we returned to the hotel, the turndown service had already been done, making us feel truly at home.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The last time was in June, a last-minute decision, and I booked too late to get the room type I wanted. This time, I planned ahead and booked in advance. I contacted Cindy beforehand and arranged to meet her upon arrival. Coincidentally, during check-in, I saw her just finishing up with the previous guest. It had been a while, and she seemed much more experienced! Her service is still as attentive as ever. Anything I needed, I just told her, and she immediately arranged for the housekeeping staff to bring it up! She even gave a little gift to my child. Wow! I wanted one too! It's really fantastic! The hotel breakfast is very rich, and the cleaning is spotless. For food delivery, you just tell the delivery person your room number over the phone, and a robot delivers it directly to your room. So efficient! I've already made plans with my friends to come back together next time!
